This A&W is not well run . The food is never the same quality . Its like a crap shoot when you go here . Your burger could be amazing and your fries will be horrible . It is clean inside and the staff they have is O.K .
Usually have good food and service at this location but not today. In the drive thru asked for a drink carrier which was a huge annoyance to the lady, and she made it known. When she handed it to me she said “it doesn’t do much good for two cups.” Is this what customer service has come to now? Absolutely uncalled for. And if you are miserable at your job and don’t want to deal with customer requests, go do something else? Also, I ordered a burger with no bun and got home it was it a bunch of slop and tasted like grease. Attached picture of slop. If this is the service and food we will get here, will go elsewhere.
