I just love this place there so sweet very patient with you while sampling the ice cream. Had many toppings to choose from. Just my overall experience was delightful. We be coming back soon!!

Very poor customer service from the 2 young ladies running the store. Asked for a fizz with starry and sherbet via the drive through and they offered me the Paloma flavor bc they don’t have the standard sherbet that you would get in a fizz. I requested no Tajin bc the Paloma paradise drink mentions Tajin. However, the person taking the order failed to mention it was in the ice cream itself and not just something they added to the drink. When I got the drink and there was Tajin in it, I came inside to see about getting it remade. It was then that the girl I ordered from told me it’s in the ice cream itself, which she should have mentioned when I asked for no Tajin to begin with. Then she and the girl making the drink rolled their eyes and treated me like I was inconveniencing them by asking for something with no Tajin in it. So immature and such poor customer service.

I am always being told they are out of what I want to order or they “can’t “ make the cappy blast because they have to defrost the ice cream or they don’t have the mix . How can they ALWAYS be out of the mix. It’s literally one of the only things I order and 9 times out of 10 I can’t get it . I am from Chicago and I literally ordered this cappy blast every day for months and was never ever told they can’t make because they are out of the mix or that they have to defrost ice cream .

Placed online order - most flavors were unavailable. Wanted to cancel order but there was no option so opted to change flavors. Female employee was incredibly rude - acted like we were a burden. When I asked if there were spoons in the bag, she rolled her eyes at me then walked away, rolled her eyes AGAIN, and shook her head. I was nothing but polite. We will NOT be back.

The floors and door were incredibly dirty and disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor. The doors look like they use the dirty floor water to clean them.

Baskin Robbin's has the best ice cream ever I go here every time I have a sweet tooth and they always have different kinds I love to try there ice cream is sooo much better then cedar crest that we have out here
