I am always being told they are out of what I want to order or they “can’t “ make the cappy blast because they have to defrost the ice cream or they don’t have the mix . How can they ALWAYS be out of the mix. It’s literally one of the only things I order and 9 times out of 10 I can’t get it . I am from Chicago and I literally ordered this cappy blast every day for months and was never ever told they can’t make because they are out of the mix or that they have to defrost ice cream .

The store is always clean, cashiers are always energized and pleasant and very patient. The ice cream is always delicious. Don’t forget to check out the Beach Day sundae very tasty.

Placed online order - most flavors were unavailable. Wanted to cancel order but there was no option so opted to change flavors. Female employee was incredibly rude - acted like we were a burden. When I asked if there were spoons in the bag, she rolled her eyes at me then walked away, rolled her eyes AGAIN, and shook her head. I was nothing but polite. We will NOT be back.

The floors and door were incredibly dirty and disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor. The doors look like they use the dirty floor water to clean them.

Baskin Robbin's has the best ice cream ever I go here every time I have a sweet tooth and they always have different kinds I love to try there ice cream is sooo much better then cedar crest that we have out here

We were there at 7 pm. Some flavours were out of stock and the others were too frozen. The employee couldn't make a nice scoop because the ice was too frozen. The paper was stuck on the cone. I couldn't tear it off, it was kind of molten in the cone.
Husband's 3 scoop was about 2 measuring cups, my 2 scoop was about 1/2 a measuring cup. Worker asked me what size when I said 2 scoops....just like the menu says ?♀️ and way too expensive.... I'm sticking to DQ!

6:00pm, we are the only customers, took forever for the worker to realize we were there, finally came out to wait on us. Very rude service! Ice cream was not very good and the paper on the cone was baked on. This store needs a lot of help!

Low stock all the time. Better off going to either Cedar Crest or Beans. Better ice cream and better prices there too, plus not a large chain.

No chocolate ice cream today.DD isn't any better. Day old donuts, and a slim variety. Local bakeries in grocery stores are way better. IMO.
