No receipts are ever given, and if asked for one, I get attitude and told that it will be awhile because they need to replace the paper. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, it was cold and smashed and without cheese. Also ordered omelette bites that were burnt and smashed. I never complain but this time it was unacceptable.

We were there at 7 pm. Some flavours were out of stock and the others were too frozen. The employee couldn't make a nice scoop because the ice was too frozen. The paper was stuck on the cone. I couldn't tear it off, it was kind of molten in the cone.

If you read my previous recent reviews of Manitowoc, you already know quality along Calumet Avenue is not their forte. During my first visit to this DD, I ordered two pints of ice cream - one Mint Chocolate Chip and the other Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My second visit was for two cups of coffee the next day. The orders seemed simple but I was wrong. The XL coffee was supposed to have 4 sugars and 5 creams. Either they do know know how to count or their cream and sugar dispensers need to be recalibrated. On top of that the coffee wan nothing more than colored water. When we returned to our hotel today we decided to have ice cream. We were disappointed to discover the containers had two scoops each and they gave me Oreo and cream not Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. We were disappointed to discover the order was not properly executed. UGH!

Husband's 3 scoop was about 2 measuring cups, my 2 scoop was about 1/2 a measuring cup. Worker asked me what size when I said 2 scoops....just like the menu says ?♀️ and way too expensive.... I'm sticking to DQ!

6:00pm, we are the only customers, took forever for the worker to realize we were there, finally came out to wait on us. Very rude service! Ice cream was not very good and the paper on the cone was baked on. This store needs a lot of help!

DD is very consistent. Not a fan of their microwave breakfast, but a decent bagel and cream cheese. I always buy their 3 for $21 bags of coffee as I WFH. You can't go wrong here. They test each bag of beans for acidity and other factors to get u best of the batches and sell off the rest.

Low stock all the time. Better off going to either Cedar Crest or Beans. Better ice cream and better prices there too, plus not a large chain.

No chocolate ice cream today.DD isn't any better. Day old donuts, and a slim variety. Local bakeries in grocery stores are way better. IMO.
Stopped in manitowoc location this past Saturday around 445 pm. Terrible atmosphere for the employees due to manager on hand. This young woman, probably early twenties was unfriendly toward the customers as well as her employees. It's no wonder restaurants are short staffed when managers like this are in charge. The entire establishment had bad vibes due to this woman's negative attitude. Was very relieved to get my order and get out of there. Unfortunately, the staff was stuck with her for remainder of their shift.

No hot fudge, no dipped cones, no waffle cones. Flavors aren't posted, because they don't have those either.The "Sunday" I recieved was ridiculously a single scoop of freezer-burnt icecream in a container with a half teaspoon of crushed nuts.

i would give this dunkin/ baskin robbins 0 stars if i could!! DO NOT order a birthday cake from here they won't make it!!!! I ordered an ice cream cake from here for my birthday a week in advance and they never made my cake i needed it for friday night pickup and I-had my husband call @ 6pm to see if they have it ready to find out they never made it. Thank for for dairy queen having cakes otherwise i would not have gotten a cake for the party i was throwing!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND especially with birthday cake needs!!!!!

Been here twice now months apart. Never had any issues I just go there and order from what they have. The employees were task, we were greeted as soon as they finished with the person before us. We were encouraged to sample flavors.
