We went for a little celebratory dinner and we were very please with our experience. The atmosphere was great it had the atmosphere of a bar and grill but we still enjoyed having our 6 year old accompany us. The burgers were delightful however my drink was quite heavy on bitters and i did have to cut it a little with sprite. I did however have amazing service and the server handled the request very well. Our server was Garrett an absolute sweet heart. We will definitely be returning.

Well..the bar tender looked missed off all night, not one smile or nothing .burger was ok but took almost 30 minutes just to get asked what we wanted to order, and the bar was empty .and then another 30 minutes to get our food .burger was okay but fries not the greatest

Gave Brix one last try. The food has always been marginal at best. But, everyplace else in town was jammed, so I decided to give it one more go. Sat at the bar and it took a solid 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. Finally got my drink and was then told it would be 45 minutes wait for food. So, I finished my drink and went to McDonalds which I don't like either, but it is better than here. Bad service and bad food are a really bad combination.

This place is a gem ! I grew up in Manitowoc and it’s always lacked variety of non chain, unique places that stood out. While in town, I met my lifelong best friend here based on her recommendation. I can genuinely say I was shocked when I came in. The place looks very crisp, clean and inviting. It just doesnt look like what I was expecting to find in Manitowoc and I’m thrilled that it’s here. I don’t get back this way too often but I can say i look forward to getting back here. I myself had the bacon wrapped cheese curds (absolutely brilliant) and Mac and Cheese with crispy chicken (also great) Good service as well and reasonable prices.To the owner, from someone in the restaurant industry, you’ve done a great job and should be very proud……WELL DONE !!!

Spur of the moment lunch stop, score! Bacon wrapped cheese curds are insanely delicious! Burgers all delicious, sides the please anyone (crispy Brussels sprouts, fries, haystack onions) and good cocktails. Definitely recommend stopping!
