Hands down my favorite ice cream shop in the world. I’d go here all the time as a kid. I now live in Austin, TX, and they have some decent ice cream and custard here - but nothing compares to this. Maybe I’m feeling nostalgic, but I definitely miss summer nights at “The Big Cow”!

Drove 40 minutes with my 3 year old daughter for her birthday because she loves your ice cream, arrived at 5:13, the hours said you close at 8. Please update. Now driving back with a crying kid

I was disappointed maybe our expectations were too high or maybe it was too close to the end of the season but we could've had the exact experience at a gas station that sells this brand of ice cream. Some of the girls working were nice but some were cranky. The cow out front is big but you can see it from the road, stopping isn't necessary. There was not a lot of flavor options. The ice cream is good but better enjoyed buying a pint at the store and eating it at home.

This is quite the spot for ice cream near Red Arrow Park and Red Arrow Beach. The friendly staffed allowed my wife and I to sample several delicious ice cream flavors. My wife had single scoop the WI Campfire Smores ( Graham flavored ice cream with crushed peanut butter cups and a marshmallow swirl) in a cup. I went with the two scoops of Bubble Gum (Pieces of Bubble Gum in Pink Bubble Gum Flavored Ice Cream) waffle cone. They had picnic tables outside and tables inside for patrons to sit. It is cute parlor definitely worth you time if you need to cool off from a hot, summer day.
