My family and I moved to Manitowoc a few hours and we needed to eat and my wife picked this place and it was 10/10. Everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection. The chili was a bowl of comfort. The fried chicken was just fried to perfection. Tasted like grandma was in the kitchen cooking with love

I go here almost weekly. It is a great location since I pick up my mother who lives nearby. Their breakfasts are amazing. All their food is delicious! Burgers are like the good old days. Their daily specials are excellent especially the perch basket on Fridays. There is a soup and salad bar which has a tremendous variety of items to choose from. People are friendly and the service is excellent. This family run business offers fantastic food at a price that can't be beat. More people should know about Covered Wagon for great food for at really decent price.

My friend and I order a mint malt which didn’t taste like mint at all it was a tumbler full of foam and it was warm asked the waitress if they put ice cream in it she said yes 4 scoops she made them herself . There was absolutely no ice cream in it at all when I told the waitress it was warm and all foam she had an attitude and was totally rude to us. I don’t care to get lied to
