I bought 2 fish sandwich baskets and the fish was lacking flavor it was overcooked smaller in size and the bun was old and crumbly I am very disappointed in this because usually it’s wonderful I did get my order to go so I wasn’t able to go back to return them. At over 24 dollars for 2 sandwiches I wish they were worth it but they were not!

Horrible service I waited 15 minutes after ordering and watching 4 cars behind me get their food. I had to get out of my car and walk inside to ask for the food just for them to say sorry it was put in wrong so we didn’t bring it out. Was I supposed to wait all night for 2 scoops of ice cream? I received my 2 ice creams partially melted and left.

They forgot a bunch of stuff. My water bottle, a concrete mixer, an ice cream, an apple juice, honey mustard for the chicken. This is easy stuff here. All you have to do is match up a screen. I mean, you kids spend half your day staring at one (phones). Unreal.

Ordered via Door Dash. Dasher stated that he only received the pint of custard and soda. No burger, no fries, no tenders. Ridiculous.
You contracted with DoorDash, you staff should ensure that the order is correct before it leaves the door, regardless of if it is an actual customer or a third-party delivery service.
Of course, I didn't get a full refund on this inexplicable disaster, so I still payed 10$ for a pint of custard and a medium soda. What a deal, amirite?
Done with DoorDash, done with Culver's. Only local places with their own delivery drivers from now on.

I like that they now have Mac and cheese as an option for in the kids meal.
The kid that took our order was upset that we were there. He stressed that restaurant was closing in a half hour. When our food was brought out he again told us that they are closing soon. Think he was pissed because in his mind his shift ended at a certain time. Other than that everything was fine.
