After arriving home with drive thru order, I noticed I noticed a burger was missing. After driving ten minutes back to store to retrieve missing item, the best they could do to make it right is $1 off coupon for value meal. That won’t even pay for the gas of making the extra trip. They really do not care about customers.

I have never had an issue with Culver's in the Chicagoland area. We adore Culver's.
That being said, we were on our way back from a long weekend in Sturgeon Bay. My kids were super excited to go to Culver's in the state it started (based on the commercials). The food and space are always great. This particular location though was severely lacking in their staff!
I felt like we were being punked. Kaylee I believe was her name, is not someone who needs to work in customer service. She doesn't appear to be high school aged, but she's a mean girl. She was rude to my 6 year old. Who is rude to a 6 year old trying to order his own meal?
Low and behold, she got the entire order wrong and I feel like it was done on purpose. When my husband went up to explain that the order was wrong, this mean girl chose to argue with him. He wasn't about to argue with her, and I certainly didn't need to cause a scene.
Super disappointed in the strange mean girl clique vibes at the register. She seems to be a little ringleader.

A popular stop post Packers game! The line to order was a bit confusing but we eventually got our food. Waiting for the made to order, fresh food was excellent. Plenty of clean space inside. We took our fish and chips and the burger kids meal to go, and the food held up nicely. The food as always it hot and fresh, along with the frozen custard. Enjoy!

Decent overall. Some of the staff members were a bit rude (not sure if intentionally). The service was on the slow side. The checkout person was not very attentive. The busser was not kind when my husband had to connect two small tables for our family. They snottily said we would have to move it back after our meal. We felt pretty disrespected about that. The manager, I think her name is Liz, made our experience better. Which made me grateful.
The environment inside was overall clean. The main entrance sidewalk was stained & gross from garbage spillage.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they have a guide with ingredients found in each menu item. I got the mushroom & swiss burger with no bun since I don't like their GF bun, but they do have it available for an upcharge.
Parking: Pretty large lot
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu & meals. Lots of high chairs and boosters.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots and large doors for entry. There are no stairs, only a ramp/ flat sidewalk entrance.
