This is a very tight knit store with a very capable crew. Bought am ice cream cake for my daughter and asked for them to write her name, happy birthday, etc. they sprang into action. It was pretty cool to see the unity.

Stood in line for 10 mins, not even acknowledged. Cashier was more worried about online orders and door dash. Then customer behind me was asked what he would like to order finaly 12 mins waiting. I just left. Waste of my time to wait that long. Go to mcdonalds faster service.

Great place to stop for a quick dinner! Wife and I usually stop once a month for dinner and we've never had a problem. Maybe a little bit of a wait but I'd rather my food be done right then get it quick and have to go inside to get it fixed!

Order from here once a month or so using the DQ app. Food is always ready, on time and delicious. In 5 years they've never once screwed up my order.
I have to say I'm not a fan of dairy queen foods, but I love the ice cream, and this time, I order a few things for my son and wife, and I try some myself and I have so say that was the best burger and fries ? the I ever try in a long time waooo. So fresh, and the service was the best with a smile. I have to say that I'm impressed, especially because that was young people on the front the best service and food of this kind in Manitowoc. Thank you ? ?
