Ordered online to pick up on my way home from work. Got there almost 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started prepping it yet. Had to go in the store to ask about it. Was told they got busy and hadn't gotten to it. May have been a glitch in the app, but still very annoying after a long day at work.

The app changes the order doesn’t even say that it removed the items when you go to the check out. If you use the app triple check orders because it changes them at will.

Cannot believe the shift manager’s behavior. Getting snippy with customers because they don’t know how to expedite orders fast enough causing extremely long wait times. First time this happened they snapped at me and told I have to wait another 45 plus minutes when I put my order in at 5pm and this was at 5:30. They never even did my order yet for my money back. The 2nd time I came in the manager avoided the customers because there was another back up in orders. No short staff just terrible management and being rude. Lost a customer because of the terrible customer service and behavior of the leadership at this location.
I ordered 1 pizza at 6:45pm last night and was told delivery time was 26-41 minutes. Tracker showed that it sat in prep for an hour, in the oven for 8 minutes, and it took them 24 mins to quality check my pizza. My pizza finally got delivered at 8:20pm. I live 5 blocks away from dominos. By the way, my pizza was gross! It tasted like it sat under the heat lamp too long. What happened to my favorite pizza joint? They have definitely lost a dedicated customer.

Great store, fast service and great pizza as you'd come to expect from Domino's. Only critique I have is the parking lot was very small and lobby wasn't very inviting as other locations are.

Made a carryout order and the pickup time was for an hour. Arrived 1 hour later to be told that it was going to take another 2 hours to make 4 pizzas. Cancelled and went to Pizza Hut. Terrible service
