Worst customer 😑 service for dine in. They don't only have a 2 staff personnel & their both only working drive thru. They tell to wait & you try to be considerate 🙄 & patient but everything has a limit. Waited for more than 5 minutes & still didn't get my order taken😡🤬had to walk out to McDonald's instead

They were out of espresso the day after Christmas due to being open on Christmas Day... it's disappointing knowing this establishment forced its employees to come in on Christmas MORNING to serve coffee and donuts rather than being with their families on Christmas! Do better and close your store on major holidays. The profits shouldn't be more important than your employees.

They’re not making the drinks right — almost every time, the drink tastes different. The cookie butter cold foam? It lasts like two seconds. I don’t think they’re prepping it right or putting enough on — it’s gone by the time I get home. Other locations seem like it last a lot longer.

I went through the drive thru on a Sunday morning around 9:00 am. I ordered 6 donuts and two medium hot latte drinks. The donuts were fresh and tasted close to what I remember from times past. However, both latte drinks were not made correctly because the whole milk used was never steamed. I wasted almost $11 on these undrinkable coffee drinks. How could this occur at a chain that specializes in coffee? Very disappointed!

My 2nd time here and workers are friendly, but the most recent time I was given the wrong milk in a drink. I’m allergic to dairy and the worker thought I said whole instead of oat. Manager was supposed to reach out to me and it’s been almost a week, haven’t heard anything
Foods pretty good for the price. Unfortunately most of the weekend evening shift is unkind and careless. One blonde girl worker was openly complaining to her boyfriend who was loitering about how I ordered wayyyy too much food for how late it was. I was standing right there.
Another thing. Every time I order a drink I get something different. I’ve been ordering the same thing for months and every time I get it it looks and tastes wayyyy different than the last. My boyfriend had the same problem. Added pix for reference. (The pale one I hadn’t drank out of yet. Looks like a worker drank mine or just didn’t care to fill it all the way. I’ve ordered a small before and it’s never been this empty)

Was over charged, then given the wrong item. Both employees were rude and ran in the back immediately after serving me the wrong item. Never got what I paid for, walked out empty handed. Employees should put more effort into the tasks of their jobs rather then their facial piercings and crappy music blairing out the back.....

Dunkin' is my go-to spot for a quick and tasty start to the day. The coffee and food are consistently great, especially the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Wake-Up Wrap. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with my order. While the wrap is supposed to come with white cheddar cheese, it's often made with American cheese instead. The staff is always friendly and quick to fix the mistake, but it happens at least once a week. While I appreciate them making it right, I'd love to see more attention to detail in the future to avoid the mix-up. Despite this small issue, I'm a loyal customer because of the delicious food and excellent service.
