Manitowoc location on Friday. There was only one choice for sundae toppings. Caramel. No marshmallow or hot fudge. Hot fudge hadn't been plugged in. An hour after eating the sundae got terrible diareah.

Everyone there is so friendly! The food & drinks are always fresh & just the way I like it. Kelsea is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers & I appreciate her so much! She helped me plan the perfect ice cream party for my daughter! She’s great! Overall, this particular locations gets an A+ from me & my family!

I visit Dunkin almost daily for coffee and everytime I go there. I always order some sort of iced coffee usually the signature iced lattes and almost every time I never get what I paid for. Usually the toppings are missing and I get it we all make mistakes. But if I'm paying for the "signature" ones shouldn't I get what I'm paying for? Or atleast let me know if you dont have the item for it? And yes most of the time I tell the person working the window but I also feel when I do that they are upset for me asking about it.

So as a customer I have had issues with sandwiches being given to me cold, gave em the benefit of the doubt. The workers never seemed like they wanted to be there. My son started working there and he was doing good, but in the process had to have emergency dental work done and had people cover shifts each time and the manager told him that he was demonstrating that he is not reliable and would get hours cut……for major dental work….and having shifts covered. He also picked up shifts for people. Seems like it’s run by immature people who are miserable in their positions. Be more professional and heat up a sandwich properly.

I just wasted over $20 to get less than half full lattes and rude service. Seriously disappointed. When I want coffee, I actually want a cup coffee not 2 sips. The girl acted like she would rather have been doing else besides her job. Didn't smile and rushed me through my order.

Went in and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us didn’t smile or say thank you. She just looked like she was miserable and DID NOT want to be there. The floor inside is always dirty.

Thank you, Dunkin’ Manitowoc, for serving me yet another cup of disappointment. My drink tasted like a combination of rubber tires and dirt. Usually we take the extra time to drive to the Sheboygan Dunkin’ where the drinks are always good, but today decided to give Manitowoc yet another chance. Never again Manitowoc, you serve garbage in a cup!! Do better!!

No receipts are ever given, and if asked for one, I get attitude and told that it will be awhile because they need to replace the paper. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, it was cold and smashed and without cheese. Also ordered omelette bites that were burnt and smashed. I never complain but this time it was unacceptable.

Beverages seem to always be shorted... got a large hot carmel macchiato. Foam is an inch from the brim. And liquid was half inch lower than that. If I'm paying for a large, then fill the cup!
