Excellent perch and great service. The place is crowded at peak hours on a Friday evening but they turn tables fast enough if people don’t decide to sit at tables well after eating to talk. The bar is crowded but the bartenders pay attention and get drink orders even when you have to stand behind patrons seated at the bar.
The place is dark and dated but I’ll give a pass to them on that for their quality of food and service.

I recently dined there and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the welcoming ambiance.I opted for the steak, and it was cooked to perfection, fulfilling every expectation of a juicy, flavorful dish. The menu offers a variety of options sure to please any palate.While the restaurant itself is on the smaller side and tends to get crowded, the intimacy adds to its charm. However, I did notice it was a tad warm and stuffy during my visit. Nonetheless, the attentive staff swiftly addressed any discomfort, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.What pleasantly surprised me was that despite the presence of a bar, the atmosphere felt surprisingly kid-friendly. Families can enjoy a meal together without feeling out of place—a rare gem in the world of gastro pubs.In summary, Green Street Food and Spirits offers not only delicious fare but also a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes diners feel right at home. Friday night fish fry, the lake perch was perfect.

I don’t say this to be rude, trying to be factual, and perhaps it was the time of visit, but it was old people city. It even smelled like older folk and the food seemed geared towards their palette. Example being, the food was good, but very bland. The establishment is rather small, but the service was good and fast. I wouldn’t say i was disappointed, but i also wouldn’t visit again.

Green Street never disappoints Paul and his crew do a fabulous job keeping the people moving through the doors . Food was top notch just like always and reasonably priced. Well worth the visit. Thanks Paul nice to see you again and hopefully it won't be to long ? ?
