I placed 2 large orders at Hartmans this past month. I ordered 4 dozen cookies for a baby shower, and 3 dozen for a baptism. With both orders, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work for what I paid. I called and expressed my disappointment when I got my baptism ones as I got 36 of the same cookie , when I thought I was getting a variety. The person offered me an I’m sorry. They were all exactly the same. I ordered beige , blue, all I recieved was blue. For an almost $80 order, I cannot have them be less than what I expected or at least asked for. Hartmans has lost my business. I’m so disappointed!

They made a great birthday cake for my dog. The cookies are great! Only complaint …need more frosting on your donuts. They really skimp out on the frosting. (Long John’s).

The place has really gone downhill. I know they had a fire but after the renovation the quality is okay and the selection is barely there. Used to be tons of everything and now they don't even have cinnamon roles anymore.

I used to live next to Hartmanns growing up and when they renovated I was very excited to be a customer again. I hadn’t eaten there in years but their donuts were always my favorite. I could wake up at noon and walk over to get donuts any morning but now they “sell out” of donuts at 10am. Just make more donuts. How do you make money when you have “no donuts”. How do employees make money when you close an hour early because of laziness. Now there is no donuts when I get out of church. Last time I went there I asked when they were making the next batch and they simply told me they weren’t making anymore. It was 10:30 and they close at 12. Surely donuts don’t take 2 hours to make.
