Tried Jen’s after years ago when I paid for some cookies and when I came and picked up my order with my ID she didn’t have my order but found out she gave it to someone else. These were special made hello kitty cookies and they were for a very special person. I came back again this week and Jen was nothing but rude when I was talking to a lady about ordering some cookies. She comments on every bad review and does not take criticism. A good personality goes a long way. I will never come back. We are absolutely thrilled with the desserts from Jenn’s Java,From our very first appointment to the beautiful display on our wedding day, everything was just perfect.
The selection of flavors and designs they offered was impressive, and they truly took the time to understand our vision for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We decided on a stunning one-tier cake along with an assortment of cupcakes, and they exceeded all expectations.
On the big day, we received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful and delicious everything was! The cake was not only a showstopper aesthetically but also incredibly moist and flavorful. And the cupcakes…everyone raved about them.

Food is very good, especially the desserts ! I wish the service was a bit more friendly. I've been there multiple times, and I often feel like the employees are either stressed or not wanting to be bothered. I rarely get a smile from anyone. I love being able to purchase tea packets and the little things on the side like magnets, lotions, etc . Overall, a nice place to go to!

When I was in the Coast Guard I was stationed in Manitowoc. Being from Florida, I was in a place that was so foreign to me, the only place that was truely peaceful was Jenns Java. For two years I would take a new book, in the winters watch the snow fall, enjoy a latte and cheesecake and watch the occasional episode of “who’s line is it anyway” when they would play it. I’ve traveled across the country and I’ve never been able to find a more loving and relaxing atmosphere than this coffee shop. I hope someday I find another place like this. I miss it all the time!

Jenn's Java is fantastic coffee shop for many reasons, but I think the main one for me is the atmosphere. It's such a big bright and welcoming space. Theres always places to sit and friendly staff. The shop owners are definitely willing to go above and beyond to make our coffee experience the very best it can be. Its my favorite in town and I highly recommend :)

They do not like dogs. I had a lap dog in a carrier. I was asked to leave. This dog goes with me everywhere and never makes a peep. No other restaurant or business has ever refused me service w the dog. The owner is rude and nasty. I had been there b4 with the dog and it wasn’t a problem. Never went back. There are too many other coffee shops to give my money to in MTWC.
