Disappointed in new management… The wings I ordered were good although the pizza ordered smelled odd when I opened the box and one slice made me sick! Called to inform the staff there and my pizza was never remade, not even a store credit for next order. Not sure who I talked to on the phone, the man sounded uneducated on how to handle this situation.
Maybe train your staff better on the phones?
This is my last time ordering from here, I’m sad that a majority of the OG staff aren’t there anymore.
Also how dare your company promise an Assistant Manager a Manager position, send them through training and then hire a completely different person.
You prioritize your customer service over how you treat your own team… Inhumane

Every time I order from this Marcos my pizza is amazing never undercooked. Sauce is the way I asked for it and the flavor crust is so good. The new manager is so helpful and friendly. I would recommend everyone visit the Marco’s in Manitowoc.

I’ve been here a few times and I do have to say, the new staff is so much better. They greet you when you walk in, the pizzas look amazing, and the new manager is super kind and he even found my family more discounts! I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely loved the food. The pizza sauce was delicious, the pizza was topped with an abundance toppings & everything was well seasoned. It wasn't greasy either. The ranch was very taste as well & I tried the bone in bbq wings & was happy with the flavor of those too. Would Recommend! ♡♡♡

I'm giving 3 stars only because I've had good service in the past. This time around the pizza showed up a half an hour after the app said it had been delivered. Also it was cold and it didn't look like any of the vegetables were on the pizza when it was cooked. I ended up reheating the pizza in the oven.

I had pizza delivered, my order was completely wrong, tried calling for over 30 minutes. Finally got in the car and drove down there, while still on the phone. I walk in and the guy looks at me and says what do you need? Well my order is completely wrong “ oh did you want us to remake your order?” Are you kidding me? Of course I want my food remade correctly. No compensation just well we are short staff. Never again will I order from here!!!!
Forced to use them for delivery reasons
If I could give a 0 and have it count I certainly would. Spend over $100 there but have to pick it up yourself because they do not have a driver....get there and 10 sandwiches are all wrapped with no indicator of what is inside. Now picture a group of business people having to open each others sandwiches till they find what they order. Unheard of and unacceptable.

Terrible. Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered extra cheese, I got zero cheese- none. Toppings just thrown on - looked like onion was barely sliced - - some were huge ,completely inconsistent. Was cold- waste of money. Also got a sub sandwich. Cold barely edible, soggy bread. Will never order from there again! If I could give negative stars I would.

My wife's company ordered over 100 dollars worth of pizza and such and received only half the sauces requested. Also, the lady driver would not get out of the car to deliver the order to the office and they ran out of cinnamon roll frosting but did not call or say anything to the company. So they were delivered frostingless rolls without anyone saying anything. This is a sign of poor service and they should have gotten a discount or at least a heads up about the cinnamon rolls. I'd be ashamed to run a business like this. Shame on You Marcos of Manitowoc. Shame.

My family and I have ordered from Marcos for the last six months but this most recent order was unacceptable. The pizzas were cut inconsistently and the toppings were inconsistent as well, no garlic sauces that were ordered.
