The amount of times we go here and get our order messed up is ridiculous, please for the love of God train your staff to actually make the orders right.

This was by far the worst drive through experience. I've ever had. There was a guy I don't even know if he was really even a worker there. He wasn't wearing any uniform, didn't know how to use the soda machine never even looked out. The window, I've dropped one of my sodas on the ground. Then proceeded to give me a different one. That wasn't what I ordered. Then proceeded to give me another one that wasn't what I ordered. Then they made me move forward and wait for my food for about five-ten minutes. When I got my food, it didn't include my fries or the chicken nuggets, all around a very poor experience.

3rd shift workers are the absolute best shift. Went through the drive through for two large fries and the workers were so sweet even holding a conversation making my late nights all the better. They absolutely deserve a raise!

Went here for breakfast yesterday. The cashier in the drive thru was extremely rude to my elderly mother because the worker didn't understand how to handle her mobile order. Don't work here if you don't know how to work the equipment! Even my elderly mom knows how to put in a mobile order, she has no excuse.

I got a happy meal on the 3rd day but they sold 2000 toys so myself did not get a skin or a toy.. depressing
This place is so disgusting. I can’t believe they spent all of that money and time remodeling this building when the managers do not even get off The line to make sure that the bathrooms and the seating areas is cleaned and disinfected. It’s so nasty. They don’t even use gloves and nobody has a hairnet. I guess Sam being a manager go by the food first Customer second when I think it should be Customer‘s first food second

My child chose her for his b-day dinner meal and they screwed up the order took 45 mins for them to correct their mistake for two sandwiches and we were eating inside the restaurant
