I take my boys there and there always kind to us. They bring out food with a smile and always have a good experience.

Ended up in drive thru line for almost an hour and we ordered online so we were kinda stuck

By far the worst McDonald's food I've ever had. We ordered 2 big Mac grinch meals. Both fries were only 1/2 full and I've seen better looking fries under a car seat. The big macs weren't any better. The buns were tougher than over dehydrated jerky. Soggy lettuce with very little sauce. To top it all there was no seasoning or bag for the fries. On a positive note, you can only improve from here. However don't take that as a challenge.

The gentleman that took my order in the drive thru was a bit rude. “Are you using the mobile app and NO we don’t have coke at all” okay….the way it was said could have been better. Hello, are you using the mobile app this evening? Perfect, Unfortunately we are out of coke at the moment is there something else I could grab you?” I’m a general manager for a pizza place, it’s not hard to have good customer service. You are open 24hours a day, don’t like working the late shift, request to work a different shift. Work issues are work issues not customer issues so please be kind to customers.

I come through here a lot during the morning afternoon and night shift the breakfast manger named kelly and Chelsea are Rude and disrespectful and there has been countless of times I’ve came into the lobby and your assistant manager. Melissa was helping me out and taking care of my order and when she came up to me and she smelled like straight garbage and there is also a heavier set guy that works I see him sometime on night shift he smells like straight up garbage too I thought there was something in the employee policy that crew members and managers are supposed to smell Tolerable mcDonald’s, this is unacceptable. It makes me not even wanna eat here and spend my hard earned money. and then they messed my food at three times. I don’t know what’s going on in the back of the kitchen, but I told them I wanted to no Cheese, onions, and there was onions every time please do better McDonald’s Calumet

The app is once more down today. I have paid for my order, but I'm not able to get it. There's no chance of getting a refund for several days. This is the second time it's happened this week. I'm done with McDonald's. Done with the app. Done with their points and their rewards and all this nonsense and lack of customer service. They refuse to correct the issue at the restaurant, all it would have taken is giving me my measly $5 meal for free. It's not my fault the app is down, but now I don't have lunch. Shame on you Mcdonald's, you should know better how to serve your customers, and now you've not only lost my business, but I have made other people aware that you don't take care of your customers, and they can take their business to the other hundreds of restaurants offering value meals that actually have functioning apps.

Don’t trust this place I don’t feel like explaining my whole situation. All I will say is I trusted them in a time of need paid for my food then had to wait 48 hours to get refunded because they refuse to make my food claiming that there system was down.

The amount of times we go here and get our order messed up is ridiculous, please for the love of God train your staff to actually make the orders right.

This was by far the worst drive through experience. I've ever had. There was a guy I don't even know if he was really even a worker there. He wasn't wearing any uniform, didn't know how to use the soda machine never even looked out. The window, I've dropped one of my sodas on the ground. Then proceeded to give me a different one. That wasn't what I ordered. Then proceeded to give me another one that wasn't what I ordered. Then they made me move forward and wait for my food for about five-ten minutes. When I got my food, it didn't include my fries or the chicken nuggets, all around a very poor experience.

I love your food, but when I got a happy meal, you guys forgot the chicken nuggets and I think that’s insane. How you forget the main meal.
