They didn't even gimme a chance. I don't understand how you can do that. You discriminated against me and now. I will now move forward with filling a lawsuit. I am displeased with the outcome and wish we could of came to a positive resolution. The result though is not satisfactory to me. You can't hire someone than decide days later that want get rid of them without reaching out to such person or persons involved at the time. Due to the fact you did not do so you in fact broke the law. This is not gonna go away I will not go away until I am satisfied with the outcome.
I work

What a disappointment! Never again. Got home, to find UPS delivery with shipment opened, with water soaked buns in box. Won't recommend because of the delay in shipment, the way it was shipped - really.... 3 plastic bags filled with water soaked buns.
The best & healthiest commercially made bread I've ever tasted. It should be available everywhere. Most breads on store shelves is soft (melts in your mouth?), says whole wheat but does not appear to be. I can't begin to describe how good it tastes, and it's full of healthy ingredients. Damn shame they closed it down
They unloaded very soon

Paul and Barbara are great people. They are trail blazers when it comes to making healthy, nutritious bread. I began buying their bread around 1979 from Rainbow Natural Foods in Chicago. I thank them for the products they provided for the many years. They paved the way for the others who make healthy bread.
Worked for both Natural Ovens and Alpha Baking. Alpha the worst. Poor hours and pay! Top and middle management is bad. There is no loyalty to the employees, you are nothing more than a number. Your needs and concerns are of no concern. In today’s world there are much better places to work, that care about their employees and treat them them better and with respect. You won’t get that at Alpha!!
Excellent
I recently learned that Alpha Baking Company, Inc., the Chicago-based company which purchased Natural Ovens several years ago, has made the decision to discontinue all Natural Ovens products (except their Keto line). It is sad to see the vision of Paul and Barbara Stitt, the founders of Natural Ovens, end. Years ago, I had the opportunity to speak with each of them, and they truly hoped that offering high-quality baked products--that were also tasty--would help individuals make better food choices. It will be difficult, if not impossible, to find a replacement bread. Despite my disappointment, I am grateful that Alpha Baking kept Natural Ovens going for as long as it did.
I don't think I've ever tried their products that's why I'm only giving them four stars. But as far as their facility is concerned, when I deliver flour there they have some very nice people. Easy place to get in and out of quickly and efficiently.
