So i ordered a couple pizzas and some breadsticks on my lunch break for me and my coworkers and i had to wait 20 mins after estimated wait time and then they give me breadsticks that have been sitting there for 20 minutes and then I finally get back and look at everything and the breadsticks are only halfway coated with Parmesan and The other half have solid butter on top and the whole thing covered in grease. so we go back to re-get them done and the lady that takes our order was super rude and they ended up remaking it but we paid extra for sauce and didnt ever get it im over frustrated with this establishment at this point this isn’t the first time this has happened

New yorker & chicken bacon Parmesan melt were pretty disappointing. Everything else tasted like normal pizza hut, so I assume it's just a poor recipe. Probably won't go back.

Ordered yesterday, after a 4 hour wait. We ended up giving up and going to bed. That got refunded when we woke up. Decided to give them one more chance today, and they didnt even get the order right? Same order from the night prior.
This is ridiculous. I get your short staffed but at this point your operation at a half after proper pizza hut at this point. No communication, no order 1st time around. 2nd time couldn't even get it right. Just give up and close down. This business is laughable

I would put negative stars if applicable. Boyfriend ordered a pizza with a ready time for pick up. Waiting IN THE STORE for over 2 hours for his food AFTER the pick up time. This is just disgusting. I can understand if you're busy and notifying the customer... But 2 hours after it says your order is ready for pick up is so uncalled for and unprofessional. Never getting my business again!!!

I ordered a pan pizza and got handtossed instead, with barely any cheese. It was just pepperoni and jalapeños sitting on top of sauce. Both of our pizzas were completely raw. We got mozzarella sticks instead of lemon pepper fries, and they were missing a garlic cup and a 20 Oz Pepsi. We tried calling to get a refund since our order was over $50 and all they could do was offer us 30 credits which we weren't interested in after this order since this is the last time we'll be ordering. We declined and he started telling us they'll do better and how sorry they were, which we found disingenuous considering we asked if there was anything else they could do other than 30 useless credits. Save you're money and go the store and buy a frozen pizza because that would be better quality than what we just received.

Our order was not ready until 28 minutes after it was supposed to be. I waited with no real communication about how long it would be until it would be ready. When I finally did get my food, it was missing one of the personal pizzas that was meant for my kid. So I got two out of the three. And was only offered a refund for the item - no coupon, no ability to request an additional food item that night.
I tried to ask for a follow-up through the pizza Hut app and didn't hear back.
I highly recommend you don't trust the app and you plan for more time than they tell you. If you have to wait, don't be in the store as the staff just kept yelling at each other.
I did get an apology for the delay from the cashier multiple times but it was too little too late.
This was my first and probably last time going to Pizza Hut. I will take my business elsewhere.

Would like to acknowledge the employee that tried his hardest to keep a float on Oct 2nd 2025 at like 730pm, when a co worker just up and quit on them. He was able to get back up help and my food was delicious. Those two employees need a raise.

Sometimes there's a wait during busy times but the food has really been on point the last few months at this new location. The app offers lots of great deals. Living two blocks away makes carryout convenient

I see NO WHERE on Pizza Huts site that if they have no drivers that they use door dash and if they don’t deliver it correctly your out money & food and you have to contact door dash even though you didn’t use it. They blame you for the problem and if door dash returns food to Pizza Hut they want to give you the pizza that has been left out for an over an hour. Move to a new store but same crappy staff.Pizza Hut Employees needs to start taking responsibility for their actions! Thought we give Pizza Hut a chance since they moved to a new store but NEVER RETURN TO PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN!!!! Would give no stars but it won’t let you… When they finally bring its not HOT!!!!

I did the 6.99 mix and match got pasta, melt, and the 4 soda with free breadsticks with my points. Took them over a hour to get to my house when they got here they gave my food and I said I got drinks too he looked at me and said oh I didnt grab those I'll be back soon with them now they won't answer there phones or anything.💀🤣 dont suggested getting food or anything from here because when I opened my food I had to reheat because it was all cold.
