The customer service hundred percent the food was great delicious fresh the lady that worked at the front did an awesome job. Make sure y’all keep her at this location and the place was very clean. Let’s keep it up.

This store NEVER gets your order correct they NEVER answer your calls should definitely close down and honestly i thought it wouldve happened a long time ago could replace this restaurant with a chick fil a or something more worth our time

Ordered ahead online. When I got there at the pickup time, I was told it would be about 20 minutes yet. I got my food ( should have checked it better than I did) and drove the 30 minutes home. I unpack dinner for the fam and the only part of my 14 tender family pack I got was the fries. No tenders, no biscuits. This is at least the 3rd time my order has been messed up.

Had to repeat our order multiple times and then again when we got to the window we had to repeat it again and told by the staff they were helping a customer inside while trying to take our order. Even with repeating everything multiple times we did not get what we ordered. Chicken tasted like days old grease, coleslaw tasted spoiled, french fries were very soggy from the grease, cold, and so much seasoning unable to eat them. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but did not receive. One member of our party ended up with food poisoning. We know it was from Popeyes as it was the only thing eaten. This has completely ruined us from ever eating here or suggesting the restaurant every.

I always have low expectations for Popeyes due to past constantly bad experiences , this location wasn't so bad, The food was good and done fast customer service wasn't great but nos bad either I would visit again no doubt.

Made me pull up and wait for some old and hard chicken you’d think for someone managing a chicken place they would at least know how too fry some chicken Mac and cheese was also old do better or close your restaurant

Stop by there today, we had a big order, the new girl doubled up one of our orders but we’re totally fine with it, we understand. We think the manager took over and confirmed our order, fixed it and apologized. He ended up giving us the extra sandwich since they already made it which was nice, we scored a free sandwich! Everything was excellent! They even gave us forks for the coleslaw, the store in Appleton and Green Bay always forget this. It was a really good experience, we are very satisfied. We will stop by again at this location!

I was ok with the 28 dollars for an 8 piece one side and 4 biscuits. But 4 dollars for a coke what the heck. Even if you buy 2 liters at the store you profit drastically off of that price.

Service takes a bit of time. Food is delicious and always crispy. The people closing are always kind and respectful even when they only have a little bit of time left till they closed. Good chicken and good fries. The soda machine needs to have better filtered water though.

The girl taking our order screwed it up massively. She added an extra sandwich and we got a partial refund for it. I was telling her that it was not a ghost pepper sandwich as marked on the receipt and she said no problem but I got a ghost pepper sandwich anyways and I got a partial refund for that. Even though we were the only people in the place it took almost 20 minutes to get our order. I’ve only been here a couple of times but won’t be coming back.
