The shifter linkage on my car broke when I put my car in park when I went to order. They helped me move my car to a parking spot and brought me my order at no charge I’m beyond grateful they were so nice and helpful.

I usually order one large Frappuccino for my two daughters and ask the staff to pour it into two cups — something every other Starbucks I’ve been to has always done without a problem.
At this branch, Osmer told me they couldn’t do that because it might “get them in trouble,” but then offered to give me an empty cup so I could pour it myself. That makes it even more confusing — if they can give me the cup, why not just split the drink as requested? It honestly came across as laziness rather than any real policy issue.
Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand known for customer service.
Please stop putting whipped cream at the bottom of your frappuccinos when people don't ask for it. It is not in the original drink recipe for Starbucks and some people don't like it. Also, when you order online there's no way to tell the barista not to put whipped cream in the bottom.

We generally do not go in. On this occation we needed an internet connection and were able to plug in our laptop and do what needed to be done. My wife had coffee and a buscuit, I had nothing. The staff did their work and let us do ours. It worked out well.

For some reason they can never understand that I'm saying I want my hot drink at 130°. They have to repeat it back to me several times as a question. Yes. I would like to drink it right away and not burn myself, thank you.
