Worst experience, we ordered 3 drinks and a brownie. Got the brownie and 2 drinks but not the 3rd. It took 20min before they made the 3rd drink. You could hear them saying the skipped it and forgot. When asked about the missing drink it was just attitude from them and when they finally made it they didn’t even call out our name tell let us know and just laughed about it. Never stopping here again

We had family in town and needed to do two orders in the drive thru and was met with a rude remark about how they won’t do it for us again. When we got to the window we were then told they wouldn’t break our 50 dollar bill by what I can only assume is the manager which made the window worker extremely uncomfortable because she began to break the bill. The manager doubled down and kept saying how we were disrespectful for having Multiple orders and a large bill. After leaving we finally got to taste our coffee and it was completely burnt and awful. I will definitely not be returning to this location the rudeness was completely unjustified.

Everyone here is consistently wonderful. Orders are served promptly, there's a professionalism there that includes friendly, intelligent company while you wait. Great place, I'm a regular visitor. Highly recommend.

I’m very upset with my drinks recently they have not been tasting good I ask for extra ice and it seems they don’t know what that is and as for the syrups it tells them in the sticker and they still get it wrong. The service recently has not been good at all. Is it that hard to ask for a good tasting drink?

I had the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino and Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap. Everything was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly as well.

This is the worst Starbucks and sadly the only one in town. The batistas don't make the drinks like the other Starbucks do. I would recommend going to a Green Bay, Appleton, or Sheboygan Starbucks where you'll be a million times happier and your drink will be made as expected and the batista are much more experienced and familiar with the menu.

It feels like it depends on what time of day you come here. The very early morning hours everything is fine but afternoon/evening is a different story as far as speed of service is concerned.
