Ridiculously long wait times, food is hit or miss, staff seems like they don't care. Not sure what the problem is here, but I don't have any problems with the Taco Bell in Green Bay.
Just go to El Tequila, you will get better food cheaper and faster, and the staff is nice.

Can only get Chili Cheese Burritos at certain Taco Bells. I saw the employee making mine and seemed strange that they were not placed in small ''oven''. This resulted in unrelated cheese and a cold burrito. Disappointing.

While not traditional Mexican, it’s a solid choice for a fast, budget-friendly meal. You don't go to taco bell if you want mexican food, you go to taco bell because you want taco bell!
Ordered pickup and went out to my car, only for it to refuse to start. Called the store, they offered to drive it out to me. hard to argue with service like that.

Don't waste your time going there. The line at drive thru doesn't move up! I wasted 10 minutes waiting at the drive thru and the 2 cars ahead of me didn't get to order yet!

Worst fast food restaurant near me. I have tried multiple times to go to this toco bell & I am always disappointed. Never again. Today my friend asked for extra cheese & steak on the quesadilla. The service girl replied "are you frickin kidding me?" So we just left.
Came for dine in service. Plenty of people working in back. Not a single person said a word to use and we used the kiosk to order then waited over 20 minutes to receive an incomplete and incorrect order. We were the only people dining in. 2 online orders came in and also had to wait. When we went back up to the counter and asked for them to fix what was wrong they were rude. Not only to use but one of the online pickups. They still didnt have even give us everything that was ordered. I will never come back to this location and advise others to not come here. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I gat FOOD POISIONING from one on Velp in Green Bay! First stop, ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito. When I got home it was shredded cheese not grilled cheese. Second and last time going there: sat at the order screen waiting 15 minutes while he laughed and joked with the car at the window! This place needs to be burned to the ground and be replaced with a Jersey Mikes ot ANYTHING better...
