Editing: changing my review from 1 to 4. I tried going here again lastnight and had a much better experience. The wait time was cut in half, the guy at the window was very pleasant and upgraded my drinks from medium to large for the wait. Also no random things were mixed into my food.
Pre ordered my food on the app... there was a line of cars so I was prepared to wait but not for 35+ minutes. The girls at the window seemed to have 0 idea of what was going on and were arguing back amd forth. Other employees were standing around. I ordered my tacos with no lettice and got lettice and had to pick it out. There was something crunchy in my cheese roll up.. good thing we dont have food allergies.. if I could give 0 stars I would.

The service was fast, and the food was made fresh. However, my son asked for sour cream and got black beans instead. I ordered the new steak & pompano quesadilla. It tasted good but for the price there isn't much in it.

When I was a kid taco bell was a lot of fun and was a decent cheap eat. Present day has drastically changed. I havent had more depressing food than here. I arrive during third shift hours and anticipate the same quality during the day, this is never the case. Beef and bean burrito tasted like it sat on someones porch for an hour, it was cold and dry. (This happened onthree occasions)I called to ressurect the issue twice now and heard nothing. Each time I called I was told I would recieve a refund and that was weeks ago, I follow up and same story. I miss the old taco bell when the quailty was more consistent and they cared to resolve customer complaints. And I understand customer service is not easy, but im often treated with disrespect at night more than day, its not welcoming. I dont eat here anymore and frankly dont reccomend it.

I don’t have any problems with this Taco Bell, and never had problems with my food until today. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito(which I’ve done in the past) and was surprised to see there was barely ANY cheese on the burrito at all which I feel defeats the purpose of it. I was hoping to have something I like to eat tonight and I ended up being very disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m having a bad day, so please try to put in a little more effort.

Terrible service. My crunch wrap was more like a cold limp wrap. The inside tortilla shell was literally soft, limp and mushy. Last time we went here we waited in line for a half hour and the lady in the car behind us literally fell asleep waiting. This time my husband went inside and the employees actively avoid any chance of eye contact with the two customers inside. We will not be going here again.
Come on dudes, sauce was on the order, no sauce was given. I know youre workin hard but we need that sauce. Dry tacos are no bueno homie.

Had to order food myself..my order wasn't complete..for 4 simple tacos, drink,and crunch wrap ..nearly 30 dollars?? The taco meat was not at all fresh..neither was the taco shells..i had ordered sides with my order and did not receive any..the crunch wrap 😒 was horrible as well..everything was cold and not very fresh tasting what's so ever!! Very disappointed!! And I gotten the shits afterwards and really foul gassy farts ..please make food hot n fresh!!!
