Food and service were excellent. I gave a bad recommendation bc we gave the server more than a 15% cash tip. She came back with a customer service card to fill out bc we did not give a bigger tip. You should be happy with getting anything.
Service and food are great and plenty of parking. Does have a franchise feel but the atmosphere is still good. Clean bathrooms are always a plus.

Parking: During peak times, lot could become filled.

Food was great. Atmosphere generic but acceptable. Service was poor and made us feel unwelcome. Wendy didn't seem to want to be at work, and besides general negative attitude, didn't know anything about the beer selection, and then never did bring the beer I ordered.

Had lunch here during a softball tournament in Manitowoc. Good food, good service. Home style chips didn't have much flavor. Grilled cheese had good flavor but looked like they used a single slice of Kraft cheese.
