They served me a two McChicken that we're more then an hour old. You may ask how I know that and I know that because I used to work in a McDonald's and I recognize a hour plus old McChicken when I see it and when you bite into one it is hard still and rigid and dry as cardboard. Then when they said they would refund my order after I returned with the receipt they only refunded the McChickens these guys suck

We are human, and I totally understand. So if you go here, please check your order. Something isn't happening with the final check with food getting handed out to someone in drive through. I recently ordered a $5 chicken sandwich meal that comes with the nuggets. And I got the sauce for the nuggets and no nuggets. Another incident where I'm ordering food for a picnic and I ordered two meals for my husband an I and we didn't receive the fries. Please double check your order till management figures it out.

I ordered 3 mcdoubles, 1 regular and 2 with no pickle and onions. The first one was so greasy it was inedible, the second wasn't greasy, but the burgers were hockey pucks. It took the 5 kids standing around touching eachothers uniforms and talking, about 7 to 10 minutes to serve these horrible burgers. Im unsure if this was done intentionally to me or not, but it feels that way after how bad of a product I was served. Im not normally one to complain but this was ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru and did not get our double cheeseburger but instead got 6 piece mcnuggets. Receipt had the burger listed but whomever read receipt did not read correctly.

I bought a sausage mcmuffin with egg along with a coffee. The sandwich was neatly wrapped with correct label showing. The sandwich itself was stacked nicely with no burnt muffins, cheese was also evenly melted. Best sausage mcmuffin with egg that I've had in YEARS! These people care about presentation and quality. Will definitely stop again. THANK YOU
