I have been to a ton of Culver's all over the Midwest. This was by far the worst. Food was good per usual. But the it took almost 50 minutes to get our food. It was just before 1pm on a Sunday, so the lunch rush was dying down. Other people who ordered after us actually requested refunds. Overall disappointed.
On 8-15-25 I sat in the curbside waiting spot for 30 minutes for my food. Only for it to come out wrong. And not what I ordered. Ran inside told them about it. Only to wait another 30 minutes for the right food. But not until a young man actually came out to ask me if everything was alright because they forgot to remake it. Awful experience. But don’t worry I got a coupon.

Waited in line for 20 min When we got to the window we asked how long till order would be done ! 20-30 minutes!! I understand that food is made to order, but you need to tell people before ordering approx how long the wait will be!
