Service and food was awful. We order mozzarella sticks. They were delivered still half way frozen. Our server didn’t check on us at all so we weren’t able to send them back. After telling us there wasn’t a wait at all on wings. We ordered wings. 45min later. We got our food and it was awful. The bluegill didn’t even look cooked all the way. No crisp to it at all. Buffalo wings looked like they were fried and sat in the window for a while. So disappointed. We even had to go find our server for our bill.

The bartender was awesome she had a lot of people to deal with and still got my food out on time made sure I always had a beer I could tell she was swamped a little bit but that's the kind of service I like being from Chicago. The BLT was awesome the service was great

Stopped in for weekend breakfast. The place is nice. Clean and bright with lots of TV's compared to the Apple Jacks bar attached, which is older, dimmer and not as well set up. Food was good. Huge portions. The service was a mess. A total of 4 people at the bar, and another 6 at a table. The bartender, Nikki, was overwhelmed. Took forever to get acknowledged and even longer to get served. On the weekends it's not a crime to pre-make bloody marys so you just have to add ice and vodka, but I guess even rudimentary bartending skills are beyond her. I was there over an hour and had breakfast and 4 drinks, and every time I asked for something it seemed like I was putting her out, to the point I was apologizing for asking for stuff. The whole time there she never smiled once. Sorry, bartending, especially daytime, is a customer service job, and a positive attitude is required. I'll be back, but if I see her working, I'll be sure just keep walking to the Apple Jack's side. Lots of parking.
