Asked for no lettuce or tomato and they repeated my order back as 'ok extra lettuce and tomato ' while laughing thru the mouthpiece. I know it was a joke but not professional. We did however get No Lettuce or Tomato. Food was Mediocre at best

I ordered 2 burgers with no meat and the manager was nice enough to charge me for only one! Everyone working there seemed very nice with smiles and pleasantries all around, which I'm pretty sure is a first for a fast-food place (The burgers were quite small for $5 each and tasted OK not much better than McDonald's, but I'd never been to a Hardee's before so I imagine that's the norm.) However, when I was leaving I saw the manager getting something from his car which was the one parked right out front, taking up two parking spaces. Not sure how to feel about that one.
