Waited 25 minutes for an order of fries around 11:15 am only car there I had to call them to have it brought to me utterly ridiculous!!!!

You really dont know what you are missing when it comes to fast food. Forget McDonald's or Burger King for one time and get some delicious food at Hardees.
Excellent food and service. Clean and inviting inside and out, with a big, warm fireplace smack-dab in the middle.
How many fast food places have a fireplace?

Alway short handed I’m a shift leader only make $13.00 per hour had a crew member running shift without management in charge on Friday 2/21/25 health department was there inspection the restaurant

I had an amazing experience here. There was four or five employees and they made my fresco breakfast sandwich so amazing I wish I would’ve gotten two!!

Nice gentleman working the drive thru helped out a lot.
Waited for way to long and just stood there watching them only care about drive thru. This is so bad to see when I run a fast food store. They need more staff or go back and forth to counter. I went to pizza hut instead.

Food was good came up fast hot and fresh the customer service was nice the lobby was just dirty and definitely needed attention otherwise my visit was quick and the food was good love a nice Hardee's burger.
Asked for no lettuce or tomato and they repeated my order back as 'ok extra lettuce and tomato ' while laughing thru the mouthpiece. I know it was a joke but not professional. We did however get No Lettuce or Tomato. Food was Mediocre at best
