The only reason i come back is because of the stuffed crust, no one else has it besides little Ceasars. We tried out the melts and they are awful. Way to crunchy and the meat inside them are chewy and almost hard. I picked all the meat out it was that bad. Pizza hut use to have amazing pizza! Not sure what change but the company should go back to what they use to make. Thicken the crust a little, add some more sauce and load on the cheese!

Bought the sinner box. Pizza Hut needs to step up their game because the pizza I ate was not the normal Pizza Hut Pizza. Something changed!
Free pizza? Nope... More like knowing how to game the system. To get my free pizza I have to order other stuff I didn't wanna order. I hope you go out of business.

I ordered for delivery to the wrong location. Jeff in the store was able to help me get it delivered to the correct location and the delivery driver was very understanding about the situation.
April 6, 2024 I ordered a custom pizza with the white alfredo sauce. The crust was severely burnt on the bottom, but super raw on top under the toppings. It was truly disgusting and inedible. I called them to complain, and they were pretty much like "yeah that happens ALL THE TIME with the alfredo sauce. It doesn't happen with the other sauces". They didn't want to remake it, refund it, or in any way make it right. I threw the entire thing in the garbage. It was inedible. I might as well have set my money on fire. Leaving a review so that in case I ever forget why I don't order from pizza hut, I can see this and remember that their food is disgusting. I scraped all the toppings off to try to figure out why the crust was so incredibly disgusting, and this is what it looked like. Just soggy, uncooked dough slathered in way too much alfredo sauce. Yuck!

I made an order on the app, total was $30 some.. I paid and then waited.. after waiting a while so went back in my app to see when the order was going to arrive. When I checked, it showed that my order was now only $21 and did not include breadsticks? How did they adjust my order without notifying me? So thinking I somehow made a mistake I went back and checked how much my order would be without the breadsticks and it wasn't adding up, even after taxes and fees it shouldn't have been that price. So the app must have glitched or something removing breadsticks. We called the pizza hut to which they offered a "discount". we accepted. Only to find out when we received the breadsticks we were charged again for the delivery fee and the "discount" was only $1 which was less than paying a delivery fee. In total we ended up paying more than the original order even was before they removed an item. Not impressed.
