I’m a traveler for work and I’ve tried most pizza chains in different states and cities. Pizza Hut isn’t just better than Papa John’s — it’s in a whole different universe. Flavor, crust, wings, everything. Even when I’m full, I want more. Papa John’s? Bland, forgettable, can’t even finish a medium in three days. Pizza Hut is the only pizza chain I’ll order in America. Period.

The guy that runs the counter with glasses and short brown hair very rude schedule himself with teenage girls. What does that tell you plus the food quality is poor bathroom stinks like raw sewage rotten fish food taste like garbage ordered boneless wings no sauce on them. I don’t know why Pizza was burnt with no sauce. Terrible flavor stay away there’s better.

Terrible service. Walked in to order prepaid and told 30-40 minute wait. No big deal I have to run another errand. Go back after 35 minutes and check board my names not there. Ask lady who took my order and she couldn’t remember me so I gave her my receipt. She checks and she did not put my order in. Now 1 hour plus wait. Forget it, they lost my business. Note to others make sure your other actually gets placed.
3rd time in a row messed up or forgot something in the order. Done with this place run by incompetents

ordered for delivery while in a hotel with my small dog and girlfriend, specified to call so my dog didn't bark and they neglected to do so, as well as forgetting ranch (which we paid for) and silverware. Being in a hotel made eating the wings pretty inconvenient.

The only reason i come back is because of the stuffed crust, no one else has it besides little Ceasars. We tried out the melts and they are awful. Way to crunchy and the meat inside them are chewy and almost hard. I picked all the meat out it was that bad. Pizza hut use to have amazing pizza! Not sure what change but the company should go back to what they use to make. Thicken the crust a little, add some more sauce and load on the cheese!
