First time trying this restaurant and very pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chicken korma with veera rice and garlic naan it was very flavorful and delicious ! We also had the Mango Lassi to drink, it's not like anything I've had before but very nice yogurt & mango taste, I loved it! For appetizer we were served a delicious soup and also ordered the deep fried potato slices but I can't remember the name, the sauce with them was oh so good!! We left with a free dessert & tea! Definitely recommend ! Everything tasted wonderful, clean restaurant and the staff was very friendly !

Very unique authentic option in the Marshfield area. Flavorful, made fresh, and nice sized portions. Loved the Paneer Masala! Amazing hot herbal tea served to finish off your meal. Enjoyed learning about the food culture and will be back!

Re-opened! Had the samosa, garlic naan, and curried chickpeas and it was all great!

Expect the same delays/not super smooth experience that you would have from any place that is figuring out the flow

Drove an HOUR AND A HALF to have Indian Cuisine for the first time only to find out this place is shut down. Maybe, change your google information to reflect that your no longer in buisiness. What a shame.
Sounds like from the gas station attendees that, the original owner moved and the new owners only had it running for like two weeks and haven't been open in over a month. There's also a note from the city shoved in the door that they haven't paid their electric. Was really excited to try this place. More annoyed I drove an hour and a half to find their closed.

We visited after reading several reviews, not realizing that those are old reviews...as in a pre-close-and-reopen. Don't believe them.

We got vegetarian combos. And there are several vegetarian choices. Unfortunately, the rice was not fresh (had good flavor though), the chana masala was dry as a bone, and the aloo gobi was more like broth with a little cauliflower crumble in it. One slice of potato. Three pieces of cauliflower (stems). The garlic naan had human hair in it. I gave it back to the server, and she couldn't even apologize. Didn't bring more. Nothing.

Yeah, sorry, folks, but if I'm going to spend upwards of $50 on a meal, it'd be nice if it were actually good.

We ordered carry out, but it's a nice little spot. Food was amazing! Doesn't get much more Authentic. I had the Goat Korma Spicy at first but it doesn't linger, girlfriend had Butter Chicken extra spicy. She got what she asked for lol. Very happy we have this in Marshfield! Oh yeah..the samosa was BOMB!

I am an Indian food enthusiast but, here I am far away from my familiar favorite restaurants in Madison and Appleton. As I have come here already knowing what I liked, I have not been disappointed. By far the standouts for me are the goat kadai and korma, and the chicken 65 is the best I have ever had. The owners will truly treat you like family here, and they have done such a nice job working with the space they have to make it cozy. I hope Al Madinah will be around for a long time and encourage you to support them! :) I have been going as often as I can get there since they opened and it's great to see them expanding and trying new things like buffets. I would love to see them continue to grow.

Finally made it over to Marshfield to try this place. It’s unassuming—attached to a gas station store. Simply decorated pleasant space. The waiter was so friendly and efficient. An older couple, the owners maybe, chatted with me. The butter chicken and garlic naan, and mango lassi were all delicious. It’s such a pleasure to have an Indian restaurant closer to Stevens Point than Appleton!

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends to give Al Madinah a try. The staff were very good at explaining the different spice levels of the dishes and made recommendations based on those levels. This was so appreciated as I was newer to Indian food. We had samosas and the fried cauliflower as appetizers and both were delicious with the peanut chutney/sauce. I had the chicken tikka masala with the garlic naan and they were both great. Will definitely stop again!

I got to say the place is a wonderful place to come down to eat eat really good Indian food. The foods that I would Recommend the chicken Tikka Masada and the Butter chicken there are the bomb to eat. Plus if you guys want to try something new for a drink I would recommend the mango Lassi it is good. I never had a mango Lassi in My life until I went down to al Madinah and I would be go back to get more mango Lassi to drink and eat there Delicious food.
