Great atmosphere
5/22/25 at 1:30 all of the experience, music wasn't to loud, and all of the staff was very pleasant.
Food is OK if you actually ever get service . Ended up walking out after being seated for 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table at all .
I will start with our waiter was fine I think she did her best but we ordered drink and an appetizer. The drinks came after 15 mins. After probably another 30 mins we placed our order for dinner and asked for it to go because it was getting late and me and my wife wanted to just go home at that point. After a full 1 and a half our food come out we never got our appetizer until all of our food came and it was in a Togo container which we were hoping to eat the appetizer there and leave with the dinner to go. I understand being short staffed but it was a very slow night on a Tuesday at 7:30 pm.
Waited 30 minutes for drinks that never came. 3 people around us were talking about how they didn’t get certain foods or how the food was burnt. Don’t go

Their top steak was perfect
Only been here twice but both times were near perfect! I will be back!
We got seated and given menus. But no one came to take our order or given us drinks. Sat waiting for over 20 minutes. We got up and left. Never going back

Wow how this place has gone downhill.
It's pretty sad and that's all I really have to say. Will not be going to Applebee's again, final decision.

All in all, pretty standard apple bees. Everything was on par with what you would expect. EXCEPT the front end manager was fantastic. He noticed my appetizer portions were a bit small, so he had more brought out. He refilled my drink and he delivered all the food.
Top notch service from the front end manager.
My burger be pink when say no pink and that skanky waitress didn’t give us boneless wings… i think she ate them all
