This arbys is the best Arby's! The service is always fast. The people are friendly! I've never had any issues with the food. Keep up the awesome service!

My wife, her Mom and I went here for supper. We are visiting from Canada. I love the two beef sandwiches for $7 deal! I love roast beef done right! Yummy! My wife likes the curly fries dipped in the cheese sauce. The fries are delicious that way. We had to order another one lol 😆 The restaurant was very nice inside and did have a fire place. It was very quiet and peaceful. They have excellent handicapped parking and access. The interior was clean and designed nicely. We were here visiting our cousin Jesse and son Dallas. We were just getting something quick to eat before we left for home.

Strike #2 I ate inside the restaurant & there were fruit flies around the sauce dispensers again! I'm not going to eat here & will suggest the same to others.
(1 week earlier) There were small (fruit) flies all around the sauce dispenser, which is especially concerning since it's December. I'm scared to think if the kitchen is just as dirty?!

The lady that works at the register and handles food for baging wipes her noise with her hand and still proceeds to put food into bags and she wiped it multiple times. Please was your hands when u do so and walk away and use something other than your hand while you are waiting.

The wait time in the drive through line is kind of long. Which, if they are busy, I understand. But when you're almost late for work because the employee in the drivethrough is talking with the person in the car in front of you about nothing related to the business transaction (my window was down and I could hear them bs-ing) it's a bit irritating. That day it took 17 minutes to order and get my food. I don't know what an ideal time is for a fast food restaurant, but I'm pretty sure it's less that 17 minutes.

Fine if you order off the menu, but if you customize anything, chances of it completely not right are almost guaranteed all the time. Minimum wage should not be paid that high for incompetence.

I heard that some employees there have bad hygiene problems and know for sure i wont eat there because of this. I feel there sould be a level of respect when at a job and good hygiene sould be top priority when handling food for the customers.
