Stood at the counter for approx 3-5 min everyone was busy but not a one acknowledged me being there. Once I was being helped, I asked if they had monkey business and they mentioned that what they had out was what they have available. Ok understandable I will just choose another flavor, took my three seconds to choose I had already had my next flavor picked out. But the clerk went on helping the next person who literally walked through the door to order doughnuts from the other business that shares the counter . That person didn’t have their mind made up so I waited another minute thinking the clerk would come back to me nope she just stood there waiting for the person to decide on what doughnuts to get.

Went inside to get ice cream and drinks for my family. The restaurant was by far one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen, staff were very welcoming and very patient while helping my grandmother order. Not to mention the drinks were great!!

Ordered a banana split online. When we got the delivery there was a note inside saying we do not have bananas here. $5 gift card for Dunkin Donuts. The gift card expired in 2018. Will never order here again.

Came in half hour before closing (was told their posted time wasn't correct and they closed sooner) with the family and kids. Talked about what flavor of ice cream to get only to find out they closed the ice cream station early when we asked for a sample for one of the kids... website says they're open to 10 but sales associate said they close at 9. Seems like bad customer service for a company to do this to customers.

In town on business, Ordered a couple items at around 8:45 pm off of Doordash and at 9:05 pm the dasher called and advised that the store was closed even though it's listed as a 10pm close time. Usually this wouldn't have bothered me but my card was charged for the purchase. I filed a dispute and will follow up with a update.

Absolutely awful. Paid $3 for a single scoop cake cone. Didn't even get a full scoop. Tiny bit of ice cream sitting on the top of the cone. Maybe worth $1

First time there, and we ordered 3 sundaes and not a single one had all the toppings available. They were out of a bunch of the topping. The girl was nice but didn't tell us they were out of toppings until after they were made. We paid full price for an incomplete product.
