Very disappointed in the staffs attitude/words towards others. Extremely disrespectful. I stopped in the other day and purchased a coffee, sat in the chairs furthest to the left (I’m not even sure they knew I was in there). Another family came in, and ended up walking out because they didn’t have a certain item. As soon as that family walked out, the language and words used to make fun of them was far from professional. Treat others as you want to be treated. You can do better!

I’m being nice because I just left church, but I didn’t really think it was that hard to be decent to a customer when they’re trying to make an order. I guess that’s what happens when you have snobby teenagers running a drive though. Too bad biggby has fallen into false advertising by not being able to make the 7$ meal deal and not having a button for it? But it was nice to sit on my phone for 10 minutes while my wife waited for her bagel. At least your iced chai isn’t bad.

I will Never go to this store again! The Staff is so Obnoxiously Rude! My jaw dropped at how the one girl was yelling at me screaming across the room asking what was in my order I was picking up. I used to come here every now and then but never again. I don't want to be treated like that. I'll be going to Dunkin from now on.. jeezzz be nice people..

Nothing ever goes as planned,I'm sick of having to wait and be nice to these people. Im currently sitting out front because of a system crash! Last two time I was here the order sat on the counter as the ppl talked the time before that was told the order wasn't noticed!!! Y'all suck for sure!
Idk how you ask me 3 times if I want a plain bagel and then I end up with an everything bagel. Also how do I ask for a bacon egg and cheese and end up with sausage. Do you guys hire people that can’t listen and understand English?

Great place for a meet, with a friend and coffee, I like the lattes! Or gather a few 😀. Barestas are helpful and friendly 🧡. Clean Cosy space to simply sit and think. Love it here!
