I went through the drive-thru, and paid for the order. Asked to go to the front of the store to wait. 10 mins later. I went in, they forgot our order and proceeded said they "just got it done". I asked for my money back and told not to come back.

Burger King has really REALLY stepped up. Their Service, with a smile, was amazing!! I felt important there. The Food was so delicious. 110% improvement. Forget the competition. They don't even come close. Burger King is by far THE BEST Comgrats to the staff. WE RULE!!!

This place always takes forever to get orders done. I made an online order 20 min prior to showing up and wasn't done. They told me in drive through to pull around by the front door to wait. They said 4 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Bad place overall.

The kid taking my order in drive thru was confused on the loaded croissan-wich. Then I watched him drbble and empty 2 cffee pots in my cup. I handed it back, stating it was barely warm. He asked me to drive around front, he will bring my order out after new coffee is done. I waited 10 min and finally went in to get my order. The drive thru line picked up during this and he seemed overwhelmed. 1 guy cooking, 1 guy, I'm assuming a manager. 1 customer inside, at a table. Manager needs to kick in and help out if they're so understaffed. I always liked their food, but stated I wouldn't return.

Working Atmosphere:
Do NOT work here, was told I’d be getting paid a certain amount per hour, certain set hours, and things in stone. Then a week before I start, my pay is reduced, hours swapped to mornings, and getting told I’m getting trained in for a different position. Ridiculously chaotic as management has no idea what it’s doing and communication here is horrid. Turnover rate is ridiculous and they’ll change your pay right underneath you to save a few bucks an hour. Nightmare, Cave Enterprises is a Clown house at best.

Didn’t even get my food. I waited very patiently for almost 15 minutes before anyone even greeted me in the drive thru. Then, the person started helping the other lane before me and three other cars got helped before me that arrived AFTER me! I waited another 10 minutes without the line moving before I gave up and left. Unbelievable.

I was at Burger King August 7th 2024 at 12:58 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and I have to say the young lady with the reddish hair what's amazing. She stood out giving me the best service possible. Which is very rare right now. I work in customer service and I have worked in the food industry, and somebody should give her some kind of recognition for sure.

I love Burger King, but every time I go through the drive thru it takes 10-15 minutes to get my food. Drive times are terrible. If Starbucks and McDonald’s can keep the line going at a decent pace, I think burger king can step up their game!
