Very disappointed in the service here. It’s been bad the last few times we have stopped. Tonight we ordered a burger and a 6 piece chicken basket. We were asked to pull ahead. So we did, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to bring us our food. Which consisted of cold French fries, no utensils for the chicken basket, only gave me one ranch for the 6 piece basket, burger was cold and had everything on it when we asked for no tomato/pickle. Just extremely disappointed.

My husband walked over to get me some chicken strips since it was right down the road and we are travelling so we are carpooling with family therefore don't have a vehicle of our own to use..well they closed the lobby so he went up to the drive through window and was refused service by the manager saying "it's a drive through not a walk through". So rude, don't close the lobby if that is how you're going to be. I'm just trying to sustain myself as a breastfeeding mother. I can't believe people these days.
