I had ordered delivery from store #2041 in Marshfield, WI. I purchased a medium pizza, Caesar salad, and parmeasan bread bites. It arrived early. I set the food on the kitchen counter and went to eat the salad about 10 minutes later. I was really disappointed because the salad had an expiration date of 3 days from today. The salad was quite brown in many places of it. I did not want to eat it since it was so spoiled. I called the Marshfield store, they replaced it on the spot and also sent a free Diet Coke along with my newly delivered salad. I gave the bad unopened salad back to to the driver to show his manager. I sat down to eat and the driver, Chris Reise, called me back and said he had found another decent salad in store. He was on his way back to deliver me another healthy salad. Chris was very kind and understanding. He did whatever he could do to ensure that I was happy. Domino's is lucky to have him for an employee. I will continue to order from Domino's in the future.

I made an online order for wings and parm bites and was notified that it would be a 30 minute wait I was fine with but then as it came up on an hour I called too see what was going on as I can understand it being a little bit longer. I was then notified that it was going too be another hour too hour and a half wait for my food and I used my member points and was not reimbursed for them not happy at all

I won’t be going back to this dominos. The guy at the counter would rather talk and mess around instead of paying attention to what I was saying and because of this I ended up with a 16 pack of wings that I can’t eat.

My only advice, don’t order and eat super late. You might regret it in the morning😂 the food is always good. The customer service is nice. I’ve watched the workers prep the food and obviously make it. They’re really good at that and they are funny! The manager is eh but everyone is so nice there. I’ve never had any issues. I’ve had only issues with one driver. Idk his name, he’s older with glasses and is always rude to customers. Otherwise this dominos is actually pretty nice. I think a lot of the customers should see that and TIP YOUR DRIVERS💯

If you're ever wondering why your stomach doesn't agree with the marinara... The pizza sauce sits in a tub, on the counter, uncovered, until they need a new one and the dipping cups sit underneath the hot plate. (Ew, warm ranch, anyone?) Almost no one there knows how to FIFO their sodas, watch for expired dates!

We ordered online. The app told us 15-29 minute wait time. After 50 minutes, we went to the store to ask on the status of the order. The person at the register, who I assumed to be the manager, said “yeah we haven’t even started it yet”. He was very disinterested in helping us or offering to make any changes to our order. We asked if we could cancel and he yelled at a young girl to cancel the order and put his number in. Then he just walked away. He didn’t appear to be helping any of his teammates out. Poor communication and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who is hungry and wants their food anytime soon.
This place sucks.. ive ordered 4 times this month. Each time, my order has been 1 1/2 hours late..

Whatever you do, don't try and order extra sauce on your Pizza. Dude on the phone, and then the manager say, NOPE! It is against company policy. We are talking Extra Sauce here. What pizza place will not do that? They would rather cancel your order, and did. This place has really gone downhill. Bye-Bye Dominoes.

We called to check on our order after an hour of the tracker saying they were still preping.We were told they would be putting our order in the oven in the next 20 to 40 minutes. The estimated delivery time on their site stated 30 to 40 min from the order time. Best case scenario we would have gotten our order in 2 hours. Needless to say, we cancelled it. We were very disappointed and won't order from this Dominos again.
