Did an online order food was done in time and very hot. However I ordered 1 pizza half without cheese add pepperoni as someone in my family likes cheese less pizza with pepperoni. Then the other half just cheese. I got half pepperoni and half cheese with cheese on the entire pizza. Also the address is wrong. There's nothing at 601 central took 10 minutes of driving in circles as well as up and down central very frustrating
My order was almost 40 dollars so I hand the lady a 50. She looks at it then turns around asking her co workers what to do about it. They all answered with idk see if there's even enough to give him his change. It was at like 515. I understand no one is perfect and all that. What I don't understand is how anyone doesn't understand that 40 is almost 50. Plus I had 5 kids waiting for me

The manager is rude. I had asked for to redeem my points as I don't have internet, to receive my free side item. And the worker did that for me, amd the manager cones to tell him, we dont do that. Very rude, just out of plain laziness not principle. I was going to give a nice tip too, for the extra work he did to enter it in for me.

Just tasted the thin crust, deta and spinach pizza and its was the saltiest pizza I've ever had. Couldn't finish even one bite.

Had an order number 248 and order was not delivered with in time was able to receive a discount. But was on hold for about 5 minutes with talking in the the background while out order was figured out and the delivery drivers were blamed. Our order had to be remade and redelivered.

Ordered one pizza at 6:14 pm on November 1st, said it was only going to take 30mins. It wasn’t even ready until 7:07 pm almost an hour later. There were no customers in there when we first came in. There were at least 5 workers in there doing basically nothing. Got told it was gonna be another 15-20 minutes and they hadn’t even started on it. Unless you got time to waste don’t go here. Should not take a whole hour to make one pizza. Only saw one delivery driver leave in the 45 minutes we sat in the parking lot. Very disappointed in the workers.

This is the 5th order I've done with selected garlic crust, yet they never do it. Its like all they read is pepperoni pizza and then throw it in the oven. Its good food but why do I have to prep my own food that I ordered for delivery? Also stop throwing my damn pizza on my porch like its a newspaper, you're ruining my food I paid $50 for, this is why the driver doesn't get a tip anymore. Please read instructions...as a 30 year old woman who has worked in fast food and actual restaurants as a Sous Chef this is highly concerning because its such a simple step and its no wonder you have a 3.6 review. How am I to give a 5 star if you've missed garlic crust brushing on 12 pizzas in 2 months?!

The quality at this location is inconsistent. I have had great pizzas but just as many bad pizzas. Under cooked, overcooked, missing toppings, sparse toppings or yummy hot delicious pizzas. You never know what you will get. The delivery is usually fast and the staff are always friendly but that is not enough to make up for the lack of quality. My pizza today was undercooked, had a small amount of pepperoni, and it had entire slices with no sauce on it. I was not impressed. Not how I wanted to start my weekend. I will be taking a break from this location. I do not feel this location is good value for my hard money. I would rather get frozen pizzas.

Since they moved locations it takes double or triple the amount of time the app says that the food will take. Then when you go in they have no idea why it takes so much longer.

I had ordered delivery from store #2041 in Marshfield, WI. I purchased a medium pizza, Caesar salad, and parmeasan bread bites. It arrived early. I set the food on the kitchen counter and went to eat the salad about 10 minutes later. I was really disappointed because the salad had an expiration date of 3 days from today. The salad was quite brown in many places of it. I did not want to eat it since it was so spoiled. I called the Marshfield store, they replaced it on the spot and also sent a free Diet Coke along with my newly delivered salad. I gave the bad unopened salad back to to the driver to show his manager. I sat down to eat and the driver, Chris Reise, called me back and said he had found another decent salad in store. He was on his way back to deliver me another healthy salad. Chris was very kind and understanding. He did whatever he could do to ensure that I was happy. Domino's is lucky to have him for an employee. I will continue to order from Domino's in the future.
