Bought a gift certificate for $40 and found out you got 5 bucks free with each 25 purchase. Asked right away can I buy a $50 gift card so I got $10 free instead . Didn't know about promotion and clerk said I was out of luck. Why not exchange for $50 card. Not going back there.

Tried calling for 3 days now to speak to a manager and requested multiple times to speak with the general manager, conveniently there’s never one available and no one can call me back after leaving contact information for them to call. I went through the drive through and clearly must have triggered the staff by saying “um” one to many times as when I got to the window the window was open and everyone was pretending to order while saying um in between every word in their best mocking tone and laughing, I wouldn’t have assumed at first it was about me but when one of the girls asked “what is her order again” they proceeded to repeat my order while saying “um” loudly and in a high pitched mocking tone. Again with the window open the entire time. I went through 10/28 and ordered shortly before 11:30. I was the only one in the drive through and there were no vehicles in the parking lot so obviously it was an extremely uncomfortable situation for me. One person let alone the whole staff mocking ANY customer is extremely disappointing.

I order the same thing each time I come here and they can never get it right. I ask for the peach caffeine flavoring and some will tell me they have it and others will look at me confused. I ordered here yesterday and asked for a large and they gave me a medium then lied straight to my face and told me that it’s a large. The girls here obviously don’t know their own inventory and clearly don’t care.

Store was well stocked and donuts were pretty good, with lots to chose from. My machiatto was ok (a bit bitter and didn't seem very strong). Prices were actually really good, so will likely go again.

The last 5 times. The coffee has been made wrong. Instantly can tell by color. And the taste especially by my last coffee that's supposed to have oatmilk in it, was dark brown, had 0 flavoring or sugar and it tasted so bad I spit it out. Ive never spit coffee out but this one this morning was TERRIBLE. And dont ask for extra milk/creamer. They get upset with you. Today was the final straw for coffee from there. Now going to biggby/Starbucks.

They can never make anything right. Every other Dunkin I go to has no problem with anything I order, it’s just here.
