Had a friend pick up breakfast. A large soda was ordered, but never actually given. They also reported the person at the counter was being a jerk. The food tastes good, but I don't think I want to return if the service will be like this.

I haven’t eaten at a Hardee’s in years, but stopped on the way out of town to get breakfast for myself and my children. Your associate, Taylor, overheard me telling my three year old that he needed to wait for his orange juice until we stopped. She offered an empty cup so he could have it right away. I’m so grateful when people don’t treat my children like a problem to endure. Taylor absolutely made my day, and the service we received was exemplary.

Breakfast burrito was full of gristle. Disgusting. Burrito wrapped by three blindfolded clowns or someone who's never seen a burrito before. Feedback website less than unhelpful. Unable to even find the store location on their own mapStore manager completely uninterested, complicit in keeping me from registering my dissatisfaction. 1/10 do not recommend. Will not eat at hardees again. Ever. For any meal, at any location. You owe me a breakfast that's actually edible. You suck.
