Paid 30 dollars and got really bad service and food. This place has so much potential, and it's sad to see the employees not care.
Our experiences are not consistent and that's frustrating. It's not worth paying high prices and not knowing if we will get 3 pieces of lettuce, miss the cheese we got upcharged for, and there's never a friendly face at the window- the gals never seem to want to be there. We will go elsewhere for our options for a while and see if it changes in a few months. But for now, ya lost me.

This will be our last time visiting this specific Jimmy Johns in Marshfield. My partner and I have ordered here 3 separate times, and we had complications each time. The food was phenomenal, but no longer worth the trouble we've gone through.
The first and second time we've ordered was due to the delivery driver unfortunately not being able to find our place, yet we still would wait 1-2 hours for our food.
Today we visited, and we decided to do a mobile pick up instead to avoid the previous issue. The app claimed our order was ready, and we went inside. The employee asked the manager about the order. The manager interrupted the employee and was very rude to her. She said she would "get to it". My partner and I waited almost half an hour for our order, when I politely asked if we had it ready. They had it sitting in the bag on the counter behind the registers. The gentleman who handed the bag to me was very polite and apologized for the wait.
Overall, I do not blame the employees. The poor management style the manager has created dissatisfaction for my significant other and myself. The manager's rudeness was uncalled for, and I hope the employees find a better leader or even a better place of work to avoid the unqualified management at this store.

Almost didn't eat here because of the reviews, but really wanted JJ. Experience was good. Sandwich was made with plentiful ingredients and was one of the best JJ sandwiches I have had.

Clean however CANT READ I ordered 2 sandwiches my husband’s sandwich was supposed to have jalapeno peppers and mustard well they put it on my sandwich. I’m so pissed. It’s so simple and they can’t read the receipt not happy…not happy at all. Last order I ordered my free cookie I never got it they said it was in the bag got home and it wasn’t in there. I get they have to be “freaky” fast but pay attention and READ!!!!!

It was my first time at this Jimmy Johns. I doubt I will be going back. Special ordered a gargantuan with extras. What I got was a complete mess and not what I ordered in the slightest. Still got charges for all the extras, to bad the ability to read is not required to work here. Waste if my time, money, and taste buds.

I ordered online for delivery and waited 50 mins and never heard a knock on the door or nothing and then I finally got up and it’s been sitting outside for who knows how long and then go to call the store and all the tell me is sorry and will have the driver do better next time and that I should’ve noted on the ticket to knock… umm I didn’t order for no contact, i noted to use my side door so you would think to knock.. or call the number on the ticket! So freaking upset, this was my first time ordering there and definitely won’t be doing deliveries again
