The Marshfield location is freaky SLOW.
Ordered a delivery for business meeting, order was delivered 1/2 hour late and the meeting was over by the time it arrived.
No napkins were given. Do we need to order those now?

The food is always good and consistently prepared. Service is friendly, fast, and reliable. Prices are a bit higher than competitors, but well worth it.

Their sandwiches are some of the best, if you're looking for cold cut based sandwiches. The bread is always baked fresh. The meats are great. The vegetables are always freshly cut. The service is indeed freaky fast.

They delivered my order to the wrong address twice. After calling both times they stated they delivered it and there was nothing else they could do. I was sitting by my door the entire time and no one delivered anything. The manager then stated I was the problem and calling them is keeping them from doing their job. Never got my order or a refund.

Horrible service experience. They forgot our sandwich that we ordered, or only food for working all night in a hospital. Night manager was very rude . She almost hung up on me when I was trying to get the situation fixed. Told me she couldnât deliver another sandwich, this was almost a whole hour before they closed. Horrible experience. Our unit will never order there again.
They've only messed my order up one time in 2 years and they courteously corrected it right away. Friendly, prompt staff. Good food in a timely fashion.

I have ordered many times from the Marshfield location. This time i never recieved my order when i called they sai the driver knocked several times i was here nobody knocked. They argued with me saying they left it at the DMV which is across the strrt 503 cherry which is a office building i live at 503 vine.The staff were extremely rude like it was my fault looking for free food then i cancelled she said my refund will not be given less than 7 days. This is ridiculous!!!! I will never ever order again from you and the girl and manager should be fired. I want my money now

I stopped in three weeks back. Noted they were fixing the cement in front of the door.
Wife went there today. There is a piece of cardboard that is in the lower part of the door warning of the hole in the concrete. The door was open, so my wife did not see the sign. She tripped on the hole, but fortunately caught herself.
Totally understand acceptable hazard for the public.
There is no reason that this is not covered.
The service itself was terrible as corporate manager decides voiding our order instead of tactically telling us they canât deliver. Ultimately forcing a disabled person leave the house to pick up an order that he again had to pay twice to an already paid order. They recharged the same card now tieing up the fund twice over.
He paid twice for one order while almost falling if he didnât notice the sidewalk. A small cardboard isnât enough of a warning especially if itâs with ink pen.
The new corporate manager isnât right for Marshfield and is giving terrible service. If youâre not 5 minutes in front of your door. Iâd not bother ordering or getting this âdeliveryâ service anymore. They used to be great now not even worth buying.

Paid 30 dollars and got really bad service and food. This place has so much potential, and it's sad to see the employees not care.
Our experiences are not consistent and that's frustrating. It's not worth paying high prices and not knowing if we will get 3 pieces of lettuce, miss the cheese we got upcharged for, and there's never a friendly face at the window- the gals never seem to want to be there. We will go elsewhere for our options for a while and see if it changes in a few months. But for now, ya lost me.
