I ordered chicken two large coleslaw and a fry. The chicken was okay but kinda scrawny and the fries and the coleslaw were not full. The fry was about half full and the coast law used to be full to the top when I'd get it now it's around half too. I'm very disappointed and it will be quite some time before.I go back to k f c if I go back at all.

Just stop by KFC in Marshfield, my wife had the Famous Bowl. She thought it taste a little bit off but hadn't had one in a long time. Figuring it being a top chain food restaurant it should be safe to eat. By the time we got to Wausau she was sick to her stomach and had diarrhea. Definite food poison! Never again will I eat there!

Pot pie was so awful all that was inside of it was big chunks of Chicken and it was nasty nothing else was in it I recommend to never ever eat at this KFC in MARSHFIELD Wisconsin there manager is a rude man and doesn’t want to make anything right with me on this or on any of the other issues we have had with food and employees.

Ordered 32 tenders. Had to wait 5 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The cook personally apologized for the wait, after we received our order. Chicken was fresh, and breaded to perfection. Will definitely be returning soon

We ordered online and picked it up. It was super busy, so we had to wait just a little bit, but customer service was friendly & excellent. Food was great, too!
Just sent my daughter to get chicken. They only has 6 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. It's not even 5 yet and they are open til 8. Wtf KFC, do better. 🤦♂️

The guy who took my order was awful rushed me through the whole process of ordering I ordered a 6 piece box and 3 seconds later this guy is telling me the total of how much I owe, didn’t even ask me what sides I wanted, as he put in the system 4 biscuits I had to ask him if I got to pick the sides and he’s like ugh yeah I guess and then as I’m telling him what sides I want he’s like is that all, is this all you want for sides, he seemed so pissed that I came in to order food during my lunch break, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, keep in mind there was no one else in the restaurant besides me and it was like 5pm the dudes name was like o brien or something his tag said he was the shift supervisor I don’t know how he got that position, hopefully kfc sees this and fixes his attitude or fires him
