The food is very good. Love their chicken, Mac n cheese and their biscuits. The employees there are very nice, especially the general manager. The atmosphere is okay, passable. But I mainly for the service and food, and those are very good. Can't wait to come again. 😁

Great customer service, great food! Give whoever was working tonight a raise or a vacation because he cleared a line of 7+ vehicles in the drive through within 15 minutes WORKING ALONE and still had a smile on his face. 11-14-25 just before 5:30pm. Honestly, he’s working very hard and doing a great job

Went to KFC Friday at noon and someone said “We are closed” I asked if permanent and no answer. So I don’t know if they are even opened. The place looks really like no one works there.

This is probably 6th or 7th time me and my family have tried to go get food they either are out refuse to make alittle more to accommodate a paying customer. Hr before close or more. Or screw up an online order and refuse to fix it and argue that you’re wrong or just be blatantly rude over their own problems causing customer service to be lacking. Place should be completely restarted with fresh crew that wants to work and provide customer service.

1:30pm on a Tuesday, hours listed everywhere say 12-7. cars parked in the lot. sit at the drive thru only to be told the are not open. wow.

Didn't have enough of the type of chicken we wanted as they had a lot of large orders given it was 4:45 pm so not a big deal. Given the time of day I was surprised that the tender meal that we also got was the worst. By time I got home with them they were cold 🥶 dried up and looked like they were sitting for hours under a heat lamp soaking up the rays. Well the dogs got them as they were so hard no one else would eat them even one of our dogs refused. We usually love the biscuits as well so we ordered extra which we didn't receive thankfully as they were horrible, again overcooked. It was disappointing as it had been so long since our last visit and will be even longer before we ever go again. At least the person who took our money was very nice and friendly!

By far the worst KFC I have ever been to. The food is awful. And for some reason you still need to wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru when there's not a single customer presence in line or inside
