Literally useless. Why would you offer breakfast until 10:30 and then just cancel my order because you didn’t feel like doing it? If you want to be done with breakfast at 10:18 then make breakfast end at 10:18 not 10:30. Unreal.

The drive throw lady in the evenings is very optionated and very quick to interrupted and snarky, speaking over the intercom. The extra pickle option from the 2 pickle rule on burgers is 1 extra pickle! Really? Why? What do you have to do to get extra pickles? The cleaning of tables and the order screens and card readers are very gross at times.

Each time we have visited this McDonald's, it's been an awesome experience! I would like to compliment Kathy on our most recent visit. She was super nice, friendly, and excellent with her customer service! We hope to see her again on our next visit! It's rare these days to find someone as nice as her in the fast food industry. I also left a raving good review for her on the card that was handed to us for a survey. You're awesome, Kathy! Your managers should feel honored to have you on their team!

Thorp Mc Donald’s is consistently one of the worst ones I have ever been to, it took 10 minutes to get a chicken deluxe sandwich, with crappy lettuce, what ever happened to Ray Crocks plan, it used to be 3.5 minutes from order to delivery. This pull a head crap, while the people behind me get their food is ridiculous!
