My husband and I drive from Wausau to come here to eat. The prices are super cheap (where can you get a four piece fish fry for $7.20) and the portions are huge. For the finale we always get the homemade ice cream and the best in my opinion. It's also very reasonably priced too. It's an all around great place to eat.

When it comes to Melody Gardens. I have ONLY been in the skating part & that is where my review will be on. I like the place. The floor is concrete where I am used to wood. But I didn't think it was bad. The floor could use a little bit of help. I feel like if it got refinished, it would help the floor. But this is just my opinion on it. But this review is based on only 1 time of being there. I do plan on going back & maybe after a few more times, I might give an updated review

I sent him the money to get a birthday breakfast as a small treat because we couldn’t be with him. Not only did they makeHim a card with a couponFor a free ice creamCone, breakfast was on them! Took awhile to get checked in for skates and even got cut in line. the rink floor itself needs to be redone but overall it's a really nice place to go especially on a free skate day towards the end with your own blades. :)

Cannot recommend this place enough! Above and beyond service with outstanding friendliness. Mixed up the hours, so we got here at the wrong time, but the owners gave some interesting history about this place (family owned since 1974) and let us skate for free. Homemade ice cream tastes amazing too :-) Will definitely be coming back.
