The entire place was filthy. The cups, table, silverware, plates. All dirty and disgusting. Do they even wash the dishes or just rinse them?? Freaking gross!!

Honestly, we ordered on a whim. Drove by on the way to the zoo and I thought, ooh I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while, so on the way back we ordered for the seven of us. I ordered two large. If that was large I would hate to see what medium has become. But it wasn’t a problem because it wasn’t good. We paid extra for stuffed crust because the birthday girl asked for that. I could look clear through the crust to the other side where the cheese was supposed to be No cheese in it at all. There was basically no toppings to speak of and it had no flavor. Bread is cheap, yet you’ve even managed to ruin the crust by making it limp and somewhat soggy. No more nice buttery crust. The peppers were small nubs and looked frozen. I think the supreme was missing toppings. They made up for it by covering it with mushrooms. It was basically a mushroom pizza with a few sausages thrown on. The guy didn’t see we had ordered a bottle of water, we had to ask and when asked about glasses he said they have no to go glasses. ? We were treating the grandkids because of the birthday. They informed us later pizza ranch was the best. The nine year old boy who eats like a horse didn’t eat one slice Later their dad asked how the pizza was. I said awful. He said “yep, they’ve ruined it. Won’t go back, I would rather do dominos Half the price and better pizza”. We were right next to Aldi’s. For less than 1/4 the price I could have gotten two mama cozzi’s and it would have been better

I love Pizza Hut- but am making this review just to help out the management team. I just put an order in online and accidentally forgot to put in the correct pickup time. I called 30 seconds after the order was made and asked if I could have the time changed to 7:15 ( it was currently 5:00) I was told no, the order is in progress and it has to sit in the warmer until 7:15. I understand this was my mistake so I accepted and was pleasant to the staff. However this is really disappointing customer service. I order from here all the time and just made a mistake. It didn’t seem like a big deal to accommodate on this one. I hope customer service improves in the future.

The experience was good until I went to pick up my order the drive through is way to narrow and too sharp of corners glad I didn’t take my truck

Parking: Very tight corners in the drive through almost rubed the curbs with my tire no truck

"No one out Pizza Huts" You right, no one is more stingy on cheese, or how big your new pasta design is like you do! Like come on I paid $10 for less than 5oz of pasta?! These things shrunk they're the size of a personal not for a family anymore, absolutely insane how tiny this container is. Good thing your pizza doesn't taste like a$$ yet.

Marshfield Pizza Hut, since reopened has the worst service ever. Cannot make an order right and should donate the building to another franchise that is worthy of business. Would recommend going somewhere else unless major changes are made and advertised as such.

Parking: Layout and drive through design is ridiculous and hard to maneuver when busy.

(Update 1-6-24.) They are out of all pizza crusts on a Sat night.Called the store, was on hold for 20+ minutes, someone answered and then hung up. We really tried to give the new place a shot, but it is not working out. (Previous experience 12-19-23 ) Waiting in the pickup lane for 15 minutes is way too long. That pickup lane is crazy how narrow it is! Can't wait to see how they are possibly going to plow that!

Ordered delivery and my food was 30 minutes late and cold - called the local number and got a call center - requested to speak with the manager at the Marshfield location and have been on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting on
