Ordered Americanos at drivethru. The only they got right is the cup sizes. Pretty sure they gave is brewed coffee, not espresso drinks.

This Starbucks location is great, the staff there is so kind always so nice, regardless of the huge line out the door. Theyre so efficient, while still being kind to the customers. Autumn is one of my favorite baristas there, she always makes my day when I stop in!

This is probably the worst place to get the mango dragonfruit refresher, pretty sure they water the base down. The last 4 times I've gotten that drink I've had to toss it because it's horrible. Go across the road to Target and get one there. They make them perfect!

Originally I came and ordered a vanilla Latte. But I only got a Latte with no vanilla. I was very disappointed so I called the store and the manager Rob answered. He was very kind. He said if I came back he would make me a vanilla Latte free of charge! You guys are getting a five star review from because you corrected your mistake and were very good about it! It made my day thankyou Rob for being so kind and so respectful.

I was just in there and Sydney was extremely rude to not only me but other employees that were working around her. She was micromanaging them while just standing around staring aimlessly at the wall. She also was dressed very messy and unprofessional. I could understand if the store was busy and she was stressed but the store was pretty much dead. Someone was picking up an order and she didn’t great them or anything just said “name?” And shoved the order in their hand. I used to love going to Starbucks for their fun and friendly atmosphere but her attitude has completely changed my views on the company.
