Hello Manager and Staff.

The ceiling has dust and dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling AC vents over food.
The back wall is dirty behind the counter.

This store lacks proper sanitation, and needs to be cleaned up.

Service is ok and staff are nice, but the lack of sanitation questions the food quality.

Walmart subway. Is pretty bad. Just got one of the nachos. The little girl with dyed pink hair on the back of her head. Was pretty snotty and started throwing items from behind the bane to the back at another coworker. Infront of 6 customers. The other coworker was laughing up a storm. This happened at 630pm 6/2/25. If corporate wants to look into it. I will just continue to go down to the south side subway for now on. Never have an issue there.

Went to subway today with my son 18mths who was fussy. Kyle today treated my son as the star customer of the day and offered him a cookie, even though little man made a mess of the floor and table. I'm happy to be served by Kyle today who treated my little man like a grown person and went the extra step.

The sandwiches were fine but it looked like they had started cleaning up at 6 all the cutting boards were gone and had to keep going to get utensils for proteins. And the whole service bar was covered in toppings and mustard and Mayo nothing was wiped down. Usually none of these problems but tonight was a bit upsetting.

I couldn't quite tell if he was the Assistant Manager or the Manager, but Kyle was very pleasant and my Fiance' and I could tell he genuinely cared about the service he was providing. This world would be a much better place if everyone was as pleasant as him!
