Love Taco John’s. Don’t go through DoorDash. It’s not door dashes fault when they pick up the wrong food. I called to have my order fixed, and the answer I got was “since you went through DoorDash there is nothing we can do”! Well, here’s to losing $6 and them not changing or making my order correct. If you want taco John’s go there so when they screw your order up, they will be held accountable to fix it

The manager seemed to be dirty and on hard drugs. The dining room was a disaster and the staff were yelling and swearing at each other with no regard for the customers.
Just dont, these guys suck worse than any taco joint I've been to. Got potato oles a few times from this place and every time, either cold or no seasonings....then 3rd time there was a few soaked in grease n gave you a whole load of seasoning on 4 oles!

The employees working on May 28th at 7:30pm did a horrible job. First I couldn’t even hear the one through the drive through. Had to shut my truck off (it’s not modified what so ever) and ask him to repeat himself a few times. And when he did speak he mumbled bad. When we got our order they didn’t even fill my drink all the way and my boyfriend’s burrito was supposed to be steak. There was no meat in it at all and was extremely sloppily put together. The taco he had ordered extra was bigger than the “burrito”
ordered a hard shell taco with no lettuce and this is what i received. not impressed, will not be returning. i did not order extra sauce.

Pleasant surprise. It was a wonderful experience. I was greeted with positivity right from the time I walked in the door. It lasted until my food was brought out to me. My food was delicious as well

Worst customer service yet it's laughable. Ordered tacos with 10 hot sauce packets and it showed up with 0 sauce. So I call them to tell them they mess up my order just to get told it's not their fault for my missing sauce. Saying it was driver fault. When THEY at taco johns are the ones that put the packets into bag. Then tells my I'm in the fault after pointing out the failure on the employee part. Simply embarrassing. Never again

Did drive thru and again missed items in my bag. Not to mention the only thing that was hot was the grilled burrito, otherwise everything else was warm. This order was for surely sloppy and lacked enough of the key components to a taco...the meat and cheese. I only gave a 3 because I know they can do better. Service really is night and day. Just never know what you're going to get.
