I ordered a meat and potato burrito. What I got was a sloppy, mess. The burrito was very loosely wrapped. I had to try to rewrap it, it was oozing out every crack. The whole thing was the consistency of gravy inside. I could not tell if there's potatoes in it. I could not tell if there is any meat in it. It was just mush. It had no flavors whatsoever to indicate it came from a Mexican restaurant. If I wasn't in a hurry to get where I was going I definitely would have brought it back. Never will eat there again. And if you're reading this you should skip going there as well!!!
Good late night snack, although the food was ridiculously salty. The lobby closed early so we had to go through the drive thru, which is a very weird layout, but the employee was friendly and the service was very fast. I will definitely come back

Consistently bad service with little care or recourse. Items missing from orders as well as horrible organization. Have been handed other customers orders multiple times and have out of 4 visits never received a correct order, the most recent of which today was missing both the potato ole as well as a drink. The official App has no sections for missing items or complaints regarding services which is another mark against the business as a whole as EVERY other fast food joint cares for this at a corporate level. Sincerely hope this is the next failed local business

Taco John's is FAR superior to taco Hell. Hands down. I could never work here, I would gain hundreds of pounds. I could live on meat and potato burritos and potato ole's are to die for (although they should come mandatory with a side of sour cream). Kudos to the inventor of Taco John's. Best fast food EVER!

I like the food we get from Taco Johns. I come down on my lunch to get a taco salad every once in a while. The last two time I ask to make sure they had the house dressing with it and was told yes .I have even ask just before they hand me the bag with the salad and was told yes the dressing is in with the salad. When I get back to work to eat the dressing is not there so you end up eating a dry salad .this make me sad. Not sure I will try that again .

After my last visit here, I was afraid to give it another try, but I am so glad I did. The building was very clean. The staff were friendly. The food was super hot and delicious. Good job turning things around in a positive direction!! Thank you for the delicious meal!
