Stopped at 4:50ish and waited in the drive through for roughly 13 minutes, by the time we got to the window it was 5:03pm (Closes at 5pm. We watched the employees shut all the lights off and crouch down in the back of the store. The car in front of us was taken care of at 5:01pm. Watched them tell a little girl and her dad they were closing the inside and refuse service to them after they biked there and walked up at roughly 5:02pm. It was our vehicle and one vehicle behind us. Never been to a local ice cream place that denied service like this to a child like that, and definitely never had this cruddy of service from Weber’s before. Feeling really uneasy about this encounter. Understandable to say no drive through to a car full of adults who can drive and get ice cream somewhere else but to deny a child who biked there is another thing. Doubtful that we’ll be returning. Utterly disappointed.
