Redicilous had the steak nuggets Mac bowl and wow it was dry. I had many Arby's Mac before and they where great. The steak nuggets are redicilous over rated and priced 5 pieces the size of my thumb in the whole bowl soggy and lame fried onions on top. For 10 bucks redicouls small portion and not good

Got overcharged, wrong food. The kid with the mullet that was outside in the white blazer with the manager walked into the kitchen took his hat off and shook his head then preceded to take a big sip of his drink and put his dirty cup into the ice. Disgusting. Was just there 8/10/25 drive thru acted like we bothered her, not a single person there but us. Omg that is why no one goes there.

I have used the Mauston store on several occasions for hosting large parties and get 8-15 pounds of roast beef and buns(Order a couple days in advance). The manager at this store(Kim) is FANTASTIC. Customer service is wonderful, she's friendly, accommodating and the place is spotless. Everyone always loves the sandwiches since it's something different than a normal cookout. 100% recommend this Arby's location.

I placed an online order for pickup and the meals I ordered had shakes and there is an upcharge for those. I get to the drive thru to get my order because it says it's ready and get told they closed down the shake machine early for cleaning so I would have to pick another drink. They wanted me to pick another drink at the shake price so I asked for a refund. They only gave me a refund for the upcharge after waiting over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. The lady was so rude! She expected us to leave without a drink with the meals and when we asked for the drinks since we still paid for them, the attitude she gave was unacceptable. The whole time her attitude was unacceptable. I will not be going back due to the attitude and her trying to scam us multiple times.
