I placed an online order for pickup and the meals I ordered had shakes and there is an upcharge for those. I get to the drive thru to get my order because it says it's ready and get told they closed down the shake machine early for cleaning so I would have to pick another drink. They wanted me to pick another drink at the shake price so I asked for a refund. They only gave me a refund for the upcharge after waiting over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. The lady was so rude! She expected us to leave without a drink with the meals and when we asked for the drinks since we still paid for them, the attitude she gave was unacceptable. The whole time her attitude was unacceptable. I will not be going back due to the attitude and her trying to scam us multiple times.
Great staff, very helpful, very patient. Atmosphere likely varies depending on how busy the store is when you visit!

I am absolutely devastated by my experience. For a relatively new Arby’s, I expected a much higher standard, but this visit was beyond disappointing. I placed a simple order for pickup, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was immediately met with a rude, dismissive tone from the employee, who clearly didn’t want to be there. I gave my name, and was sharply told, “Well, it just came through, you’ll have to wait!” Fine. No problem.
But instead of letting me stop at the window, even just to hand me my drinks, I was told to drive all the way to the end of the building. Not a word at the window. No eye contact. No courtesy. Just an order to move along.
Eventually, someone brought out my food and drinks. I drove off, only to realize when I got home that my fries were missing. I called the store, and was once again met with the same indifferent attitude. The person on the phone actually said, “I knew I forgot something.” You knew—but didn’t bother to fix it? Why wouldn’t you double-check the order before handing it off? It was 9 PM. The place wasn’t even busy!
I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one, I’d have to come all the way back. Then, when I went to eat my sandwich, I found out it was cold. Not just slightly cold, like the meat was never even warmed up to begin with.
So now I’m out $30, and if I want the $5 fries I paid for, I’ll have to spend another $15 in gas just to go back. Unbelievable.

I was driving to Madison and had a work meeting I needed to stop for! They let me use the WiFi and made sure I had access to an outlet! Thank you to Scott the manager/owner!
Good food.
The food was fine, nothing great, but they did put way too much sauce on it, it was extremely messy to eat. I was also surprised that, at this location, the sandwich prices were much higher.
Fish was better than I expected. Service was quick and friendly.
Very clean and they gave service like a sit down restaurant. Even asked if the temperature was comfortable.

The Lady working the drive through had an absolute terrible attitude. We all have bad days but no matter what you say she was all attitude.
