My husband and I had lunch here today and it fabulous! We each had the Reuben which came with a cup of soup (only $10!). The people who work here are very friendly and the restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming. We will def be back!

I really wanted to like this place. I really did. It was cute. My sweet friend and I wanted a yummy cup of coffee and a bite to eat after a busy morning. We placed our order with the server. She informed us she was a barista. Yum! Ordered our coffee drinks(no menu no prices for those), mine was sb to have whipcream. Got them. no cream. its ok. still yummy and let her know it. Finally got her to take our order. 2 bowls of soup and bread. mine was tomato(very peppery) hers was mushroom. but it was more like a big glob of mushroom barely goo. no bread. had to wave her down to get the bread and asked for water. Sourdough was a choice. so yes. yum. sour dough. she brought 2 slices of store bought like bread, think wonder bread. didnt think we were gonna get the water but she finally brought it. mind you, this place only had 2 other customer tables there and 1 person at the counter. Maybe she was having an off day or had bad news she was dealing with. I dont know. She never asked us how our food was and the overall feeling was we did not matter. I was very nice, as I am to anyone in any kind of customer service. Nope. Not going back again.

Cute farmhouse style cafe. There is plenty of room inside, free wifi, and clean bathrooms. Food was homemade and fresh. We had chef salad and chicken salad sandwich with stuffed pepper soup.

Cafe with a clean aesthetic and cool antiquey ceiling.Upon entering I was initially unsure if this was the place to order just a Latte, as it gave more of a diner sort of vibe. I was mistaken as the lady behind the counter quickly whipped me up a great Latte, and you could tell she knew what she was doing.My friend who ordered an iced Latte was ecstatic to find her ice cubes were made of Coffee.(Awesome!) Haven't seen that anywhere else so far.Glad we stopped here along our travels. PS love the wooden sign outside.

Very cute little cafe. Clean good food kind service. We ordered an omelet and a breakfast burrito with some iced coffee. The coffee had iced coffee cubes. I would go back here when I’m in the area. Great place. Keep up the good work Beyond the Grind!

I was in the area from out of town for a construction job.I did a search on my phone for breakfast in the area from my hotel.Not being a fan of chain restaurants I decided to give this small /local restaurant a shot, and what a great choice it was!The environment was great, owner Heather was very personable, And above all the food was fantastic!It was so good I choose to eat there every morning. I was so impressed with the homemade biscuits and gravy that I got an order to bring back home to the wife who also fell in love with them.If in the area I highly recommend this place.

I've been wanting to stop at this café for awhile but the timing just never worked out...until yesterday. Loved it! Such an inviting and comfortable atmosphere, clean with plenty in the atmosphere to absorb during the short wait for your food. I enjoyed a classic BLT with a cup of delicious Italian sausage vegetable soup! The server was very friendly and I look forward to bringing others into this space - highly recommend!
