The rudest employees ever, they are too busy talking about their plans after work to even acknowledged you. They don't say hi, they say nothing, most of the time you are ignored or they are mad because they had to help you.

We just had the worst hamburgers of our life! The patties were burnt and so thin that the cheese squeeze through the patties. I ordered a single and my husband ordered a double and it was so salty and disgusting we could not eat them for fear of getting sick. Culver’s is usually great and we normally go to Culver’s on our trips to MN but this location was soooo bad I had to report it. I wish we were eating inside because I would have rejected it and brought it back to the kitchen. We were so disappointed. How could ANYONE put these patties on a bun and serve to people?

Ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my order and they messed it up. Added Carmel and pecans in a simple vanilla with cookie dough. They all need to be trained again, clearly.

Waited 20 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream when nobody else was in the building. The workers were arguing the whole time we sat there. Terrible service.
Since I won’t be traveling this way for quite a while, there’s no sense in taking a survey, writing down a number just to get a small discount. I ordered a single mushroom and Swiss-no bun!- and it came ice cold with a slab of cheese on it. Then, we couldn’t even collect points because Culver’s can’t get their act together for a rewards program.

Don't understand the butter burger I suppose. It's a just a small patty that should be less price for what you get. Cheese curds have a weird coating that's not very likable.

The service was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was somewhat busy, but instead of assisting us, the employees simply stared at us without acknowledging that we were waiting to order. Eventually, an employee named Jordyn helped us, but she was noticeably unfriendly and did not communicate with us.
I requested extra ranch with my sandwich, but none was provided. When I asked for the missing ranch, she ignored us, and we ultimately chose to leave due to the poor service.
