People seem friendly. But awful options. Wanted an egg sandwich they said they can’t because the eggs are too frozen. I said okay then a donut… they didn’t have a single donut. I mean you’re called Dunkin’ Donuts. I would maybe understand if it was late in the day but it was still early morning

Ordered the new candy bar signatures latte drink, a hot mocha latte, and mini bagel bites...my mom's hot mocha wasn't even hot, my mini bagels were still cold and my signature drink was nothing like the candy bar drink. I'll show what I ordered and the a Pic of what I recieved...

WHY CLEAN OVENS DURING HOURS…. DO IT AFTER CLOSE. So disappointed mauston is going to shit and these young workers are the reason why. Never coming back!!!!
Employees don’t say hello or thank you, or even really look at you. Took 10 minutes just to get an iced coffee with no line.

I’m sorry this is the worst Dunkin experience I’ve had. We got here at 11am they were out of most foods. They forgot 2 of the items of the person in front of me, the guy behind me was given the ring drink and they forgot my drink then when I asked for it was wrong and it was argued that is was right. I would go to the gas station over this Dunkin unless you’re the first one there when they open. They seem to need more training and more stock on food
