I’m sorry this is the worst Dunkin experience I’ve had. We got here at 11am they were out of most foods. They forgot 2 of the items of the person in front of me, the guy behind me was given the ring drink and they forgot my drink then when I asked for it was wrong and it was argued that is was right. I would go to the gas station over this Dunkin unless you’re the first one there when they open. They seem to need more training and more stock on food

The nicest Dunkin’! We waited a few extra minutes for our order and they gave us a $5 gift card! Super sweet girls that work there.
I would love to be able to give them more than one star however after placing an order 20 minutes prior to arrival, I was not even notified in the app that they were out of four of the items I had ordered. Upon arrival they still did not have my order ready. It was one dozen donuts, and one order of four muffins. I could not comprehend how difficult this was for them to have this ready. Instead of this being a fast and efficient pick up, this was a 10 minute wait. Waiting for them to get my order together.

This was the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Watched them get several orders incorrect back to back. They had barely any knowledge of how to take orders and get food out at a reasonable time. Staff were unprofessional and untrained.
